Still no sign of missing Gould teen

There's still no sign of the missing 15-year-old boy from Gould as of Monday evening, after he left on his ATV on Sunday and was headed home according to his mother. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office confirms that he ATV was found flipped over in the Kersh Canal on Sunday night.

Search continues for missing Lincoln Co. teen

A Lincoln County mother is desperately searching for her 15-year-old son after he disappeared two days ago.

Half a dozen agencies and even inmates were brought in on Tuesday to look for the missing teen.

Sunday night, Kameron Tarlton told his family he was heading home on his four wheeler, taking his usual shortcut by cutting through a field. But he never made it home.

A third day of searching for a Gould teenager who disappeared Sunday and is believed to have fallen into a canal in Lincoln County was unsuccessful Tuesday and Sheriff Leonard Hogg said the effort will continue Wednesday.

“One of the family members said they thought they saw a body come up, but we can’t substantiate that,” Hogg said. “I told them that if they thought they saw a body, they probably did, but we searched all the areas several times and didn’t find anything.”
