Arkansas State Police said three-year-old Lania McCoy was last seen on Windamere Drive in Little Rock on Monday at around 5:52 p.m. with 38-year-old Danielle William Bogety of North Little Rock and 36-year-old Shannette Monique Bogety of Little Rock.

Police said they may be traveling in a blue 2019 Volkswagon Jetta with an Arkansas license plate BJA 425 or a black 2010 Toyota Camry with the Arkansas license plate 522 ZKN

There is a Shanette Bogety with a open guardianship case involving a juvenile. It was filed in 2021 so NOT the missing child. The case is pending review and her guardian report is overdue. No middle name in this particular case but another of the closed cases under the name (none criminal, though the failure to wear seatbelt fine shows up as criminal/traffic)) include the middle name Monique.

So LDM named in the paternity and overdue child support lawsuit is the missing child and is the daughter of the man who may be with her. That makes me feel a little better about her safety (not a stranger abduction) but I do hope they do the right thing and bring her home.
