(imo, judging from the step mom's fb, she seems to be quite loved by her peers, jmo)
Well thank you. I didn't watch the video, just read the article. Lesley has 6 kids... oldest is 7 years old. I think she has the youngest 2 living with her.
I find the lack of emotion on the news vids of the family members poignant...reminds me a bit of the UK Shannon Matthews case..

Can anyone find any news links from 10 year ago on the circumstances surrounding the fathers son whom died...?
Hmm that is interesting, why have they said this? I have no idea.. Does make you wonder, and gives that post by Mom's friend on fb a little credit. I have considered the autism thing was added to maybe give them reason for an AA?
Thanks for linking. Autism Speaks is a great organization.
(slightly O/T, a question FWIW, not saying this is the case here BUT out of curiosity, I am interested in the stats involving cases where a death in the home of a small child (either accidental or otherwise) and resulting cover up occurs, as far as disposal sites, methods, distance to site from home, etc...I haven't followed a lot of those types of cases, but wondering if there is some sort of pattern that can be identified...if anyone can name some cases I can research for this purpose I would greatly appreciate it. tia)
(I remember oceanblueeyes mentioned in another thread that often, if a mother is responsible for the death of her child, the child is often found "swaddled in a blanket", perhaps buried, iirc.)
With babies like Ayla, , Myra, Lisa Irwin, Haleigh C....how do we know if maybe they died accidentally or negligently in some way and were hidden to cover it up? If so, they were hidden so well they may never be found.
One thing I think is interesting/noteworthy:
Mom's comment:
"Drummond said, "We think he was kidnapped, but we're not sure. Worse comes to worst, that's what we think."
Notice, she did not automatically accuse the father or stepmother of any possible involvement? Remember, in Dylan Redwine's case, his mother Elaine and brother Cory, the first thing they said (and have always said) was that they suspect Dylan's dad, Mark.
I also feel something happened within the home. Whether the dad was sleeping or not, I don't know, but I can see it being plausible. . . more so than someone who up and decides to take a bath in the midst of dinner while watching two kids. I am under the impression that dad and stepmom have only been together a matter of months. If something happened to Malik under her watch, I think it's possible she would hide it from the dad. . . especially if she may be the type that cares more about herself and losing her man than the life of a child. (OF COURSE, She may not be like that at all. This is just speculation.)
The more I think about it the less I believe both would know. I can see no reason both would lie about it if some kind of accident happened.
The only way I see dad knowing has more to do with parental abduction and him hiding his son, his boy.
As far as the biomother is concerned. I really dont believe she had involvement. I don't really think she would seperate her twins like that.
