did more digging on the shirt. The little logo on the left says M.B.S Love Unlimited and is a company that sold heat transfers, transfer machines, designs, The got a website in 97 which you can still visit but its full of broken links. I attempted to Email them for more info on the design. But I am not especially hopeful that anything will come of it as I think they are completely out of business.

The first post in the thread (2016) references a Namus case #, with a 2018 post showing Doe Network case. Such a shame. I'm glad she has finally been identified but she was from and found in the same county and it took 32 years for her to be identified.

The question is if she had been reported gone missing or not. As she's a homicide victim, and perhaps if not having relatives living nearby, whoever killed her might have explained her having moved away, so that nobody made a connection between her and the remains found. I wonder how long she had lived in Conway County, and how long she had been missing before the remains were found.
