Also I can't 100% confirm the linked FB page is the Anthony Bell in question, but how many Anthony Bell's who use the nickname Pete could there be in Texas? Facial resemblance is there but hard to tell because MP reports always use the worst photos for some reason... I also think I see a tattoo on his right wrist, it looks like it could say 'promise'.

Me either, definitely intriguing. Even if it isn't him, the idea of carrying your key fob on a beaded necklace like that may be exactly what the Arkansas gentleman did.

If it's a Texas DL, they are good for 8 years. I just checked in with my brother who lives in Texas - the background color on his Texas DL is blue, just as Mr. Bell's. So, that could be the source and if so, could be from as much as 8 years prior, perhaps more if it was expired.
