RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — Update: On Dec. 29, 2021, Detective Erick Riggs with the Pope County Sheriff's Office confirmed the medical examiners have signed off on the positive identification of Samantha and Courtney Hopper through DNA testing. The remains will be released to the family.
