Was her husband living in the home at the time of the murders?

That's a good question. At the beginning of their divorce case CB requested to remain at the marital home and in RB's rebuttal to her complaint he indicated that he denied that section as he wasn't earning an income at the time of her filing. That was in 3/2025 and only limited court filings are available. I would imagine he wasn't but do not know for certain.

Does any one have any confirmed MSM link stating that CB was at the final hearing and, if so, do we know who was favored in the judgement?? I'm hearing conflicting info online. TIA
