AR - Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office investigating deaths of 40-year-old Charity Beallis & her two children - 3 December 2025

Was her husband living in the home at the time of the murders?
That's a good question. At the beginning of their divorce case CB requested to remain at the marital home and in RB's rebuttal to her complaint he indicated that he denied that section as he wasn't earning an income at the time of her filing. That was in 3/2025 and only limited court filings are available. I would imagine he wasn't but do not know for certain.

Does any one have any confirmed MSM link stating that CB was at the final hearing and, if so, do we know who was favored in the judgement?? I'm hearing conflicting info online. TIA

The likely culprit is a PHYSICIAN! He also had a previous wife that died, although I have no idea if it was suspicious, at least at the time.

Her family seems to have a thought on that matter. IMO.

Re - it appears Charity did attend the 12/2 final hearing.

Pierce also claimed that his client (RB) was recently awarded joint custody of the twins during the December 2 hearing and that the children were set to spend more time with him moving forward.

Any chance whatsoever that this could be a murder suicide?

Oh, I had not read that.
Also rare that one of his previous wives also un-alived (cringe - I hate that word) themselves. Her family is also adamant he killed her too

And with a firearm.

I know women do kill themselves with firearms, but it's far more likely for them to choose just about any other method, from what I understand.

Just adding onto this, the murder suicides of mothers and kids I can think of that I've followed (including cases where the mother survived) - one used a knife for everyone, one used strangulation for the kids and drugged herself, one used strangulation for the kids and jumped from a window, one drugged the kids and jumped from an overpass, one drugged both herself and her daughter... seeing a theme?

The only case I'm familiar with where the mother used a firearm on everyone was one I saw on tv, maybe on a Joe Kenda show, where the mother was probably dealing with untreated psychosis combined with religious paranoia and killed her husband, two teenage kids and herself. It happens, of course, but nowhere near as often as male annihilators, who often use firearms. It's rare enough in my amateur experience reading about that kind of crime that when I hear of a mother and kids being shot, that she did it tends to be way down the list for me.

EDIT: It was a Homicide Hunter episode. "Homicide Hunter" End Of Days (TV Episode 2018) ⭐ 8.7 | Documentary, Crime On IMDb it's a season 8 episode, on my Foxtel it's a season 7 episode.

There have been a couple of murder-suicides by gun perpetrated by moms in recent memory (in NH in August and in Arizona in October, for example), but two gunshots, and under these circumstances? MOO but I know who I'd have my eye on.

In March of this year, Charity filed for divorce, siting numerous instances of domestic violence. She was murdered on 12/3/25, husband's attorney filed to dismiss the case on 12/4/25
Who calls their divorce attorney to file a motion within a day of their wife and children being found shot to death? I get that the couple were divorcing, but seriously?? Doc’s first priority was to have the divorce dismissed??

IMHO
The timing of this murder was incredibly financially advantageous to Dr. Randy because there wasn’t a final divorce decree yet.
If Charity was still alive, she would have received half of Dr. Randy’s assets accumulated over the past 12 years of marriage during the final decree.
If she was murdered AFTER the final decree, Charity’s half of the money would go to the son she had when she was 16 years old.
It’s amazing that now Dr. Randy will get to keep all of his money and not have to give half to Charity’s survivors since she was killed before the divorce was finalized.

It is fascinating that there hasn’t been an arrest yet.

Anyone who kills innocent children is a special kind of evil. Demonic, psychopathic evil.

I hope all the inlaws of the second wife who died "of suicide" are going to be rumbling forward in this case.
