Terrell was listed as a runaway on the JPD Facebook a month ago, but I can’t find an update or any other information about his disappearance. JPD didn’t respond to a comment on their post asking Terrell’s age.

When they arrived, officers said they found one victim, identified as Timothy Beeles II, with multiple gunshot wounds. Beeles died at the scene.

No Longer Missing; Arrested for Murder

The Jacksonville Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on Sunday, July 11.

Police say 15-year-old Terrell Leav Howard has been arrested and charged as an adult for Murder in the First Degree and Minor in Possession of a Firearm.

He will be held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility with No Bond.
