Wendy Hignight, 45, has not been heard from since Sept. 13. She last spoke with her mother. She is 5'4" with blond hair and blue eyes. She might be with her boyfriend Brian Wingfield. Wendy has a scar on her nose and wears a silver ring on her left ring finger.

The guy she is with isn't her boyfriend. That is her ex-husband. They were divorced in 2015. He had a domestic violence protection order against her in the last two years. That resulted in her ex-husband having sole custody of their child and her having supervised visitation every other Sunday.

She filed a protection order against him in October of last year that was dismissed. He filed a protection order against her in January of this year but dropped it.

Not sure what to make of this case especially since it is highly unlikely her ex-husband would want to be around her. It is possible this is some sort of attempt to change the custody arrangement.

Yes, you are correct. Sorry for the incorrect information. Her divorce was separate.

He was just charged with obstruction of justice today per court filings.

Aliases give me the creeps. They still have a violent past and abuse the courts to manage a seemingly toxic union, married or not. IMO. Weird that the obstruction charge is so recent and also that she “might” be with this Brian fella? Is he missing too? I hope they are both okay and only cooling their jets separately, ideally.
