Victim Larry Donovan, 34, told a deputy that he was standing near the Anthony home when "Mr. Anthony lunged at him, grabbed both of his arms, and pushed him back 3 to 4 feet toward the roadway," according to the report. Donovan was not injured but told the deputy he was "shaken" by the incident.

Another victim, Patricia Young, 65, told a deputy that Anthony grabbed her arm and pushed her into the street. She was "upset" after the incident

Then don't put yourself in the situation. I don't feel sorry for these 2 people at all.

YES !! awesome post ..:blowkiss:

So how many agree it is OK for people to congregate in front of an individual's house for protest against an unproven possible crime and disrupt an entire neighborhood for this cause?

OK??? From a legal, moral, or ethical standpoint??? ... I have no clue.

Understandable, to me at least anyway... (sadly)

I can't help but point out that if George/Cindy resort to violence when they are angry, the apple can't fall far from the tree.
they werent violent at first these people are being driven to it .. i watched that video yesterday those protesters were egging them on . they shouldnt have to fear going out in thier own yard for pete sake .. no one should . no one has the right to invade someone elses space .without thier consent . the anthonys have asked them to leave they dont listen then THEY file charges when they piss the guy off so bad he could wind up having a stroke ? sorry that isnt right imho.. the anthonys need to come clean and end this .. but im beginning to think seriously they really dont know what happened to caylee because as angry as they are getting youd think if they knew something theyd have cracked by now .

Nor do I. If they were so "upset" they should have left when asked, not stood there accusing George and/or his family of stuff they have no way of knowing or proving. NOW they want THEIR rights but refuse to give the Anthony's or the neighbors theirs. Two faced jerks simply looking for trouble and their 15 minutes IMO.

ITA. What, did they think they were going to a garden party? :boohoo::rolleyes:

Where there is heat, there is fire. Stay away or you might get burned.

What people are protesting is the freedom of a woman whose child went missing on her watch but who never reported it to the police until someone else did, and who when questioned about it provided no specific, truthful information or co-operation that would help locate the child she 'lost.' That is outrageous and, in itself, should be a crime. They are prostesting that and the reality that her family ignores justice for their grandchild while profiting from her situation and protecting a woman who very likely is responsible for the demise of her own daughter. No parent should be free under the conditions which exist in this case. There should be no bail allowed. The law should be changed and protestes could work on that now that the search for Caylee has been called off, but protesters are protesting a gross miscarriage of justice. Such a protest should be peaceful and on public property. It should not disturb the peace. It should be mostly very quiet to respect the neighbors. There should be no yelling at all during hours that neighbors are sleeping.

The Anthonys could avoid the protesters if they really wanted to. Don't do a vigil when protesters are outside.......just as bad imo

JMO - I think it's digusting that people stand outside their home and cause this chaos. What a shame.

I think it's disgusting the way Caylee has been treated by the entire Anthony family. Now THAT'S the REAL SHAME.

If that's really what they are protesting, they should be doing it front of the courthouse. JMO

I think it is completely disgusting that Casey Anthony did not report Caylee missing for 31 days. I think it is completely disgusting that once Cindy called the cops to report her granddaughter missing that nothing but lies have fallen out of Casey mouth concerning the disappearance of her own flesh and blood. Completely disgusting.

They should be writing to their state representatives petitioning for a change in the law, but in the meantime the can protest peacefully in front of the Anthony's, this awful family who seems to be using the law to protect the rights of their daughter while ignoring justice for their own grandchild. I can't think of a better place to protest...PEACEFULLY, on public property, with respect for the neigbors.

Okay, that's how you feel; I respect that. You don't know all the facts of this case yet or the outcome. Don't be so quick to judge.

And on the flip side, Cindy and George didn't have to readjust their caution tape, that is on public property, at that very moment, in the midst of angry protesters. Sure it's their right to do so on their property. Which they were not on. But not smart. Sad behavior from all sides.

BTW, the two people George picked on were not yelling.

What possible facts could defend this woman's actions?! Give me one example. There is absolutely no excuse that I can think of for 'losing' your child, lying about where you last saw her, making up the person you last saw her with and not co-operating to find your own child. Clue me in. What possible fact could ever justify that?

We don't know the answers yet. I will be the first to say I was wrong, but I will go on FACT and FACT only. There is so much speculations and contradiction in this case. The news releases information and many people believe it.

If everything they found and concluded to already thus far, according to the threads on this site and media outlets, than with alllllll that, why isn't she charged?

I have only seen the video of the 65 year old woman, not Larry, but Patricia was not on the Anthony's property when GA shoved her into the street. Once GA had done this, LA then went and tried to tear her poster board out of her hand.

What GA did is battery, MOO.
