Are the protesters trespassing???

Here in SC one does not have to hit you just make you feel threatened or in fear and they will be charged with CDV criminal domestic violence . I think the hammer would make it special circumstances
 
What I find odd about this video that I just viewed on YouTube is that CA and GA are constantly putting themselves in direct line with angry protestors. I mean how many times have we seen the Anthony's go out with HAMMERS of all things pounding in their "no trespassing" signs. I mean who is provoking who here? The Anthony's have spent more time pounding in signs to the ground then they have searching for their GD.

CDV is a class b felony punishable by fines min of 1000.00 and up to three years in prision. 2-3 offense manditory 5 years for each
 
Nobody in the country owns the property between the sidewalk and the road, there is a 6 foot service area from the road to your property line -- where they put pipes, cords, and other fun stuff that they need to do in any residential area.

This should be known already. That's why the tape is on his property and not out at the street.
 
Seriously folks, watch this family closely. I mean their Grand daughter is missing, persumed dead, and we have seen them putting up yellow tape and pounding in "no trespassing" signs around the perimiter of their home. Certainly they could have friends or family members do this, but you have to ask yourself WHY the Anthony's put themselves in DIRECT conflict with the protestors. THERE IS SOMETHING NOT RIGHT WITH THIS ENTIRE FAMILY. The last thing I am going to worry about if my GD was missing was if someone crossed the yellow tape into my yard because of their love and concern over my GD whom they had never met.
 
You only need a permit if you are going to be protesting on private property but they aren't
 
they go out there with the hammer because they are crazy, they want the protesters to be frightened of them. Sooner or later when they go out there they are going to get more than they bargened for, why don't they just ignore them and go about thier way as most people do, I think they like the confortation

But the tape was out at the street, not sure if it still is or not.

The tape is out on the strip between the sidewalk and the street.

And IMO it has nothing to do with tress passing as much as it has to do
with people harassing them while they are in their own yard!
There are also laws against harassment and IMO that is EXACTLEY what
these protesters that are yelling.. name calling etc..are doing!

As far as the people pressing charges... they need to get a life!
Leave them alone! This makes me sick!
To all those who think it's funny and think it's tress passing.... I don't think you would feel the same if it was being done to you!
This has gotten out of hand and it’s sad!

Perhaps that don't have any friends or family that want to be involved but they could hire they own security people. Plus from the sidewalk to the road is not their property, would have thought LE would have explained that to the Anthony's.
 
I can't believe anyone is calling that assault. My gosh, people made it sound like George came running out of the garage with hammer in hand ready to bash someone. He had the hammer in his hand because he was pounding stakes into the ground to hold the tape. If it weren't for the protesters there would be no need for tape in the first place. Did you hear what people were screaming to them? That wasn't protesting, it was cruelty. Are the Anthonys supposed to be made of stone or what? George guided the man back off his driveway. Is there video of George supposedly assaulting the poor feeble old woman? How long before the rumor mill puts her in a wheelchair wearing an oxygen mask?
 
Well it sounds like this lady has clear evidence and witness to charge GA with assult. But really this is no surprise we knew this was going to happen long ago. The last thing the Anthony's want to do is to confront an angry mob outside their home. GA also know that he does NOT own the strip of land between the street and side walk, any property owner knows this. To be honest with you, I have seen some protestors get out of hand by banging on the Anthony's door, but I see NO reason for the Anthony's to continually be putting up their tape and signs. I do hope this woman and other man file charges. I think the Anthony's are clearly in the wrong here and I feel egging on protestors. What they should have done months ago was to shut their mouths and searched for their GD.

I don't think anyone thinks it's funny. And yes, the protesters have been told to knock off the yelling. It's curious though, that GA didn't go after the one person who was yelling their head off.
