I will admit something has happened to bring suspicion on the kid but her parents have done nothing illegal to date.

Pushing an old lady (65 is old?) that's in front of their house was a knee-jerk reaction but why was this woman there anyways? I can't picture having a life so small that you go to these extremes to make your feeling heard.

Personally, I think the protest in front of the Anthony's is pretty useless, except it gives an outlett to people who are angry and frustrated and feel as if our justice system doesn't work for Caylee or them.

But so far the Justice system is working.

The protesters were not on the Anthony's property. Please go to the very first post in this thread and view the pic of the property line.

The sheriff's office said they reviewed video of the incident and they said that the woman and other people were not on Anthony's property during the time of the incident and he is subject to possible criminal charges.

The state attorney's office will determine if Anthony will face charges.

I have only seen the video of the 65 year old woman, not Larry, but Patricia was not on the Anthony's property when GA shoved her into the street. Once GA had done this, LA then went and tried to tear her poster board out of her hand.

What GA did is battery, MOO.

A crime consisting of physical contact that is intended to harm someone. Unintentional harmful contact is not battery, no mater how careless the behavior or how severe the injury. A fist fight is a common battery; being hit by a wild pitch in a baseball game is not.

But it is her (small-your word, not mine) life, and if she wants to exercise her political free speech by protesting, peacefully, not tresspassing or disturbing the peace, she is entitled to do so.

Channel 6 news just reported that the A's are wrong in thinking they own the property from the sidewalk to the street and and OCSO has told them so. The officer also told them they need to remove the tape in that area but so far they have not done so. The public can also stand on the driveway at the road, but they can't block it. So it appears that OC has told them, but they have not complied yet.

We're going to have to agree to disagree on that. To me, there is no justice when Caylee's mom is free after 'losing' her and refusing to help find her. That=Injustice + Something not working in the justice system, in my book. I think many of the protestors agree with me. You don't. We disagree. Not much further we can go than that.

agreed. I'm just surprised anyone would spend time in front of somebody elses house protesting over unproven facts.

I predict:

George will refuse to move the tape - after all, the law does not apply to the Anthony family.

Protesters, for the most part will stay where they should.

I watched the interviews with the two people that George pushed and NEITHER were on his property. George does NOT OWN the sidewalk or the area between the sidewalk and the street. I watched the video last night and the protestors were on the sidewalk, not on his property. And, according to the two victitms of his anger, he had the hammer in his hand when he pushed both of them. Lee removed the hammer AFTERWARDS. There were witnesses to this, too. I hope these people pursue a civil suit if the DA won't prosecute.

Okay, that's how you feel; I respect that. You don't know all the facts of this case yet or the outcome. Don't be so quick to judge.

And YOU do??? Pleaseeeee!

I'll say it again, we don't know the real facts behind this case so until we do, we shouldn't judge anyone.

The fact that Casey didn't report this child missing (and that IS A REAL FACT) speaks for itself!
