Has this been posted yet? It is a bit confusing to read, as Parker is listed as "male". It is interesting reading.

Hello @mickey2942,
It is a bit confusing to read, as Parker is listed as "male". It is interesting reading.
Hello @mickey2942,
Thank you for posting the link!
I agree, appalling that the Fatality-SummaryReport defines Parker Scholtes as *male* & agreed - confusing, additionally - (I may be wrong here.... but) have Arizona Department of Child Safety also included information in Parker's case from: Mariah Savard, 2-year-old female - Fatality-SummaryReport-MS_2.pdf?
Ms
As far as I know, no information has been released about any drug or alcohol testing was done on CS. I don't believe it was done, likely because the officers were treating everything as a terrible accident and likely did not want to further upset the wife and children. He should have at least had a breathalyzer. It really should have been standard procedure in cases such as this to do full tox testing on him My opinion only
Here is my read on their relationship dynamic, which is speculation only. But I come from an "alternative culture" background and know plenty of couples like this, plus am exactly the same age.
My guess, given the boy's toy's music room, is that this guy saw himself as a musician or an artist who expected a big break earlier in life and now feels salty about it and like he would be selling out to work a day job, is resentful about full time parenting.
Given the wife's coddling and pandering, and we know they've been together 10 years, I wouldn't be surprised if she was a bit younger than him and they met "on the scene" and perhaps when he WAS in a band, perhaps he was seen as very desirable and she felt special for having been chosen. It increased her social standing at the time. Now that they're older, and she's carrying the household and their lifestyle, that's no longer the case but they are still psychologically in the same dynamic. "Lucky to be with him" etc.
I would guess his alcohol (and or substance) misuse would date back to this time too. I also would guess just from knowing guys like this (albeit none who have accidentally baked their child) that he has history of depression, probable undiagnosed ADHD, an addictive personality and possible past suicide attempts. I feel like she has got used to rubbing his back through those when she thought of him as a dramatic and beautiful artist.
I'm not particularly judging those things as I also have a history of depression, addiction and ADHD! Though for these reasons and many many others, I would never personally have kids, or be in position where I was responsible for kids.
Anyway JMO MOO etc
Hi @mickey2942,Yeah. Great. Let's hope these documents are not for court. There are all kinds of problems here.
Page 3 of the second document linked says there are allegations of sexual abuse by Christopher Scholtes to his oldest daughter?? Jesus.
I believe that his oldest daughter (from a previous relationship) is the one claiming the abuse
BBM - Agree! My oldest son suffered a respiratory arrest after a febrile seizure when he was 13 months old. It was early Easter Sunday morning and I had been up most of the night with him (teething, ear infection) and hadn’t gotten dressed in day clothes yet. He seized as I laid him across my lap to give him some Tylenol and my Dad grabbed him and started trying to resuscitate him while my sister called 911. I was a panicked 18 y/o mom & ran to throw jeans on as the police responded. My Dad & I were immediately transported to the ER in the police car with a 2nd officer taking over resuscitation efforts. It wasn’t until we were in the ER and my son was breathing on his own that I realized I had no shoes, a thin T-shirt with no bra & jeans that i wore the day before. I hadn’t yet brushed my teeth or hair and didn’t care what I looked like or what anyone thought.LE wasn’t taking Chris to meet Erika at work. What happened was she arrived home from work and asked Chris where Parker was, at which time they ran out to the car and removed Parker and called 911.
While at the house either the police or paramedics noticed a glass with a liquid in it. Hopefully the liquid was tested and hopefully Chris had a blood draw to test for alcohol but right now there doesn’t seem to be any information about either.
I sure hope everyone did their due diligence in investigating Parker’s death, it’s the least that should have been done on her behalf.
But yeah, that whole bathroom scene is bizarre. What parent even thinks about showering while their child is receiving CPR in hopes of saving her?
