Is it a common occurrence at the Magistrate's Court for an accused to stand with back to the court as it was reported GBC did ? If not, anyone have an idea as to what his stance was intended to relay?
I d assume it was sheer embarrassment and fear, maybe denial IMO
still,Keen.. if anyone on remand could get anything worth something to the QPS.. something Gerard said in a moment of loneliness, say... wouldnt that be tradeable currency ? the court is not adverse to witnesses from the prison population... its not thrilled, but it accepts it at times, depending on the quality of the info..
