Noting this event which caught my eye due to elements such as kidnapping, forced into a car, and possible description of alleged perps, fwiw, speculation.

rbbm
''The witness described seeing an altercation between at least two males who were trying to force another male into the trunk of a car. By the time the citizen turned around, the trunk of the vehicle was closed, and the vehicle was seen driving westbound on Dundas Street from Cedarglen Gate.

Neither the citizen nor the police can confirm if anyone was actually forced into the trunk or if the male was able to flee the area.

The vehicle is described as a dark-coloured sedan, possibly a Volkswagen Passat. The males are described as white or of Middle Eastern descent, late teens or early twenties.''

The Ontario Provincial Police shared images of two men and a woman. The photos were taken in Quebec, but police believe they live somewhere in the GTA.

Another photo was released showing two persons of interest, who police say rented vehicles in December of 2021. Although they are not suspects, police are urging them to come forward as they might have information on the case.''
This person is one of potentially two individuals of interest who rented vehicles in December 2021. They are not suspects in the kidnapping, but police would like to speak to them.

''Hajtamiri, who also goes by Tamiri, immigrated to Canada from Iran in 2018. She was abducted at around 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2022 from a home on Trailwood Place by three people dressed in police gear, but not actual uniforms. They escaped in a white Lexus RX sport utility vehicle, police say.''

''Anyone with any information is asked to call the OPP non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit tips online at ontariocrimestoppers.ca/submit-a-tip.

image released by OPP of "individuals believed to be involved in Elnaz Hajtamiri's kidnapping."

''Investigators say three people dressed in police gear, but not actual uniforms, grabbed Hajtamiri and put her into a white Lexus SUV before fleeing the area.
The victim has yet to be located.''

Hajtamiri is 5-foot-3 with a slim build.
She had shoulder-length black hair until it had been cut to a shorter length before she was abducted.
Police have said her ex-boyfriend was charged in her disappearance as well as an alleged assault that took place weeks earlier.''

I know they have good reasons for not releasing the pictures earlier but man, those people could be anywhere by now. Unless they just got the pics but I don't think so.

Is there anyone who looks like these people in her fb "friends" ? It's hard to imagine that the police don't know who these people are.

What is the connection of the three people in Quebec, other than they are black and wearing masks?

For LE to release images of these people they must have some intelligence to deem them suspects in EH's abduction. The third man with the fake fur hood looks more East Asian to me than black. Could they have some peripheral connection to her boyfriend's business. Were drugs leaving the country and these three think they got burned on some drug deal?

These goofs look like cheap hired muscle, quick cash, then they move on. The boyfriend has all the answers. They should release him, put a detail on him, and watch what pops up. I'm thinking Iran has a big connection. I think you're correct, LE probably already knows who they are.

Maybe they speak good French? Like to use other major airports to come into and leave from? Not local?

Harshpreet Sekhon has been charged with aggravated assault in connection with a Dec 2021 attack on Elnaz Hajtamiri. YRP/HO

"In December of 2021, police were called to an address on King William Crescent, in the area of Yonge Street and Bantry Avenue, after the 37-year-old Elnaz Hajtamiri was attacked with a frying pan in an underground parking garage. The attack was interrupted by a citizen and the suspects fled the scene.

Police have identified and charged three suspects in connection with that attack – Harshdeep Binner, 24, from Brampton, Riyasat Singh, 23, and her ex-boyfriend, Mohamad Lilo.

On Friday, police said a fourth person – 25-year-old Harshpreet Sekhon – has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.''

I speculate LE got the license plate of the Lexus from somewhere along the route to or from Wasaga Beach, and found out it was a rental, seemingly from Montreal.

So then, it seems like LE have footage from the rental place, where a couple of front men rented the car, but at some point, on camera, they're seen turning it over to the three others, who drove it to Wasaga Beach.

I think if LE knew who they were, there's a big value in keeping that secret, and wiretapping, setting up a sting, etc. They're completely blowing those possibilities up, by printing the photos.

Let’s hope a snitch is getting scared or reward money gets larger. LE is onto something!

FWIW in the last pic, bottom right with the head scarf looks slightly feminine, the eyelashes stand out. JMO.

Why would so many people (*speculating*) be involved in one persons disappearance? I've counted 9 so far (3 arrested, boyfriend, 2 white guys and 3 others plz correct if wrong). Seems like a lot of help for one person who seemingly had issues with their "intimate partner". Again, JMO.

It sounds like this story is more complicated than we imagined but Police seem to be making some more progress.

They probably have a good idea of the "who" but the proving it and the "why" is what is much more difficult.

It is a female, imo.
