Yes. This first seemed (see my earlier post from today) to be less serious. I wouldn’t have expected it to cause him any anxiety at all.

In the second, he was one of three individual defendants plus an LLP. He was the supervisor in a surgical procedure. The lawsuit alleges that an item was left unintentionally in the patient and that there were consequences. He is accused of providing inadequate training or supervision. The link works for me. Look for post number 4,082 in this thread.

CPD says this is a domestic violence attack, targeted. MM's vehicle is on camera and traced back to Rockford, IL. Multiple weapons were taken from MM's property. One of the weapons has been linked to the murder.

Columbus Police Chief says they found multiple weapons at Michael McKee's home. They say there is a "preliminary link" that one of the weapons found was used in the murders of Spencer and Monique Tepe.

Police are not commenting on Michael Mckee's alleged motive

ATF arrested McKee in Rockford, Illinois, close to his place of employment. He worked at OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center.

Police are not saying how they believe McKee allegedly entered the Tepe home at this point.

Thanks, I read it (Exhibit 1 details the original complaint). It was another person who apparently improperly placed a catheter and it broke and remained in the patient. McKee is named because the plaintiff claims he didn't properly train the person responsible. The patient had to have emergency surgery to remove it.

Do we know the outcome of this filing? That matters. There are lots of malpractice cases that have no merit.

I'm not defending the guy, but there is too much inaccurate/incomplete info and speculation on his professional life. He's a murderer and believe his actions have nothing to do with his professional career. JMO

Nick was woefully enabled, he never held a job , never got married, never graduated med school, never played high school / college football , didn't seem to have any relationships outside of drug ones

The only comparison is both perps are seemingly extremely entitled and both killed innocent people in their beds and both appear to be master manipulators and it would seem they are continuing to gaslight a public into finding some excuse for them committing these heinous acts .

Whatever about the reiners enabling their son . I don't see monique enabling any of mckees behaviour and tbh I think trying to find an excuse for mckee is quite unsettling

Because I don't think a clinically insane person stalk and travel such long distances to settle a grudge either a person they had in their life 8 years ago

mental health didn't pull the trigger , medication didn't pull the trigger ,nothing monique or Spencer or their children did pulled the trigger .

Now if we try to find a logical explanation in an illogical act we be searching a long time

I think what you say at the bottom of your post regarding an apparent downward spiral or things getting chaotic is on point

I think his festhered anger was starting to bubble to the surface and he could no longer keep it under wraps so he was making mistakes and who knows he could have been trying to muddy the waters to make it harder to make a clear case for the prosecution and Set up a defence for himself. Now that I would not put past him trying to manipulate in advance

Nicks murderous act was also seemingly spontaneous, while Michael's was cunning and involved a lot of planning and forethought. That involves presence of mind and intelligent thinking jmho Not someone out of their head on legal or illegal drugs

The only subject I mentioned was the psychotropic drugs. Nothing else. And it was a “wondering” thing.
Psychotropic meds played a large role in many school shootings. You can do some research on that.
Many have argued that they may use that as his defense. Because they can cause a lot of problems.
