I think we live in a very sad and disturbing society when we allow these monsters to have more rights than the victims. How many more women have to be victimized before something gets done? I'm so angry and upset right now.

My heart goes out to Mickey, her family and friends.

Well hopefully nobody else was harmed in the meantime. And it wasn't a just a rumor at any time. It was the truth. We just didn't KNOW it was the truth. It was ASSUMED to be a rumor.

I understand the need to keep rumors off the boards, but this poster had some pretty specific info that really ought to have been checked into.

I don't mean WS, I mean LE.

However, depending on the thread, I have seen rumors posted before and allowed as long as they were called rumors. Maybe different rules apply to different threads?

how do you not know that LE did NOT check into it? Obviously the guy has been arrested...

OMG I know from a bondsman what his charges and bond are AND charges NO BOND! Can I post this info??

I'm confused here. There hasn't been a bond hearing or arraignment yet.

Maybe the poster (miabelle or something) on WS who was posting a video of a white truck that we couldn't tell much about from a few miles from city hall was given to the Daily Advertiser?

yes. i remember this. she said it was from city hall. people were mad at her for not telling us how she obtained it. either way, we told her to turn it in and i believe she did.

Omg I am so happy that this case is finally making progress! Now let's pray Mickey is alive. So what is the time in layafette now? In Australia it's Friday 10:15 am roughly. Just so I know what time tomorrow to come back and get all the info on the press conference. Omg sooo happy! I MSG my mum and some of my friends I have told about this case.
