Today my first day posting! Unclear rules etc. Not doing WHAT he is saying or claiming! I just went (kinda tired!) and cut and paste a paragraph - did not really read actually. All the stuff , (probably all LIES) but our disucssuion is writing. This is good writing! Again do not go for content (come on we all know, by this point, he is a pathological liar) just do word choice etc!

I don't know how much of that Luka actually wrote.....but it looks like a good example of what he may claim if he pleads not guilty: I was set up. I was framed. These unknown people on the Internet were out to get me.....and so on.

The first thing that should happen, when he appears in court on a first-degree murder charge, is the end of the use of the name Luka Rocco Magnotta to identify him.

That’s not his real name.

He is said to have legally changed it to Magnotta in 2006 but who knows with this guy?

Even if that was verified to be true, it’s bizarre to think that a name from a video game character is taking such a place in centre stage.

It’s a fictional name. It’s made up.

The name Jun Lin, however, is real — as is what is alleged to have happened to him.

That's not brilliant writing , its very poor writing. He doesn't understand alot of the words he uses, (eg, telekinesis doesn't mean what he thinks it means), he can't spell alot of the others, ("ludacris", lol), he has no concept of sentence structure or basic grammar and he badly abuses the caps lock. Its the writing of a stupid person trying to appear intelligent.

And his school tested his IQ as 65. He's no genius.

IQ is only 65? How did you find that out?

Great thanx -- you know what struck me he is so dainty - all of the last two weeks have been basically stills he floats, watching him come down I thought my god the horrible things he did, he looks like, well he floats!

I like that article. They showed a piccy of a police officer and a piccy of Lin Jun and NO piccy of Magnotta. I hope the rest of the media follow suit from now on. There was a reason to keep his face out there when he was on the run, but not anymore.

i believe the fact that his IQ was tested at 65 isnt actually true.. the only place ive seen it is on encyclopedia dramatica and i think it was a jab at a post by LRM to supposedly having an IQ of 162.. while he probably has a below average IQ, i doubt its as low at 65..
