I think we had established previously that this Anonymous troll was more than likely "Beavis Butthead" from the YouTube channel.

Like Beavis Butthead, this Anonymous poster appears to know much more about this case than being simply a regular Internet troll looking for attention. The "Fragile" sticker thing is just creepy.

If this person is not intimately involved with this case, then they are clearly, like LRM, a pathological liar and attention seeker.

I've been thinking for a while now that LE needs to look into this "Beavis Butthead" character. After reading that post, I definitely think they should. Something doesn't sit right with me about that person. Who would risk putting that kind of information on the internet with the amount of attention this case has been receiving? I think it's peculiar.

Please read I really feel I might have unearthed something posted by Luka just before the murder??

I have a very eerie feeling about this post- please check out this long post made about LM on.... 24th May 2012. It is a post alledging LM is a psychopath.... seemingly posted just before the murder.

From what I can see, it first lists all the references to LM's cat crimes online (a long list- videos, blogs, press....)

There is then a photo of Luka in one of his 'come on' poses.

There is then a second post by the same user. This post begins with the exclamation 'Completely Psychotic!' There then follows a long and detailed article, which appears to be a copy and paste job from a professional source about what psychopaths and sociopaths are.

It is long and detailed, and was posted on 24th May 2012.

I'm not sure how to post pictures here yet, but I wanted to comment about the picture in this article. I know I read people post about an article in the Sun commenting about Luka and the Hollywood Hills case - but this article (not sure if it's the same or different) has a picture of Luka with two characters from horror movies in it. Freddie from Nightmare and Myers from Halloween. It's surreal.

If you haven't seen the article yet, just go to the link for the picture alone. It's the first thing you see. Luka with Freddie's and Mike Meyers' arms wrapped around him, and Luka smiling.

Surreal.

He may have but I doubt there's a link. The Spanish aren't exactly pillars of animal rights themselves. A little kid who grows up watching bulls be taunted and tortured as some form of celebration, might not consider torturing a dog to be wrong. They may have just been playing matador.

I agree with you, Wondergirl; as a former criminal prosecutor (aka District Attorney), and by way of analogy, having prosecuted a number of revolting people for possessing and downloading online child (CP), I know from research and studies that without people to consume such stuff online, there is little market for this crime. This crime is perpetuated by the market and demand that exists for it, which in turn fuels more production of online CP. Many CP sites require payment to enter, and these funds are simply channelled back into CP productions and producer's pockets. Accordingly, in Australia (the jurisdiction I am most familiar with) and many other Western states, it is a crime to upload AND download online CP.

In my view, for the reasons mentioned above, there is little if any difference between online CP and snuff films, hence snuff films are illegal and the making available of them ought to be too (if it is not already?).

In relation to the post to which you were replying (sorry for not requoting - still navigating my use of this site), regarding the suggestion that the video in question does not show a murder taking place, I have two points to make:

Firstly, LE has come out and confirmed that a longer, unedited version of the film which was posted online was obtained by LE in which the victim's "chilling screams" could be heard and acts of cannibalism were shown. These two things were not depicted in the video that was circulating on the net, perhaps explaining why many people have asserted there was no murder depicted. Of course, whilst screams alone do not a murder make, the circumstantial evidence of murder being committed on film is overwhelming.

Secondly, I have seen a number of people comment on this and other forums that the film does not show a murder taking place and I am curious to what people think would convince them of a murder taking place? Do we need to see a struggle? Hear screams? From the video it did appear that the victim was either drugged or dead by the time he was stabbed. However, a criminal case is rarely built around one piece of evidence alone, but rather 'cobbled together' from bits and pieces of evidence which, taken as a whole, construct the prosecution case. Moreover, the prosecutors in this case are already at an enormous advantage having such strong video evidence - circumstantial at worst; direct at best - in their evidence cache from the start. In addition, they have actions consistent with consciousness of guilt (LRM fleeing the country 1-2 days after the alleged crime and evading LEA; wearing a wig and using aliases in the process) and they also have a picture of the suspect in the film in question that very closely resembles many other pictures of the suspect which had been uploaded to the internet under LRM-associated aliases (the picture of LRM in one of the animal torture videos that he allegedly posted is almost identical to the frame shot from the murder video - same hair (wig?), same facial profile, and also wearing a hoodie...

Lastly, the argument that we should be allowed to decide for ourselves what we watch and don't watch and that all censorship is bad fails to take account of the fact that the freedoms of speech, expression, association etc, are not limitless; they must necessarily be restricted to the extent that my exercise of my rights does not impinge upon other rights, eg I cannot claim the right to free speech where my speech incites race hate violence, for eg. I agree that limits ought to be placed on what we can consume, technologically-speaking, but I also am very aware of the slippery slope that censorship can become, and of course there are attendant dangers with it. But the same argument was made many years ago in relation to vehicle seat-belts (ie that making it compulsory to wear them in Australia was impinging on one's individual right to make decisions about what one does), and yet most people today are glad that by enforcing the public to wear seatbelts, that protects not only the wearer but others in the seatbelt-wearer's vicinity too, should they have an accident.

It should be a crime to create, distribute, upload and download CP and "snuff" torture films also.
After reading callous comments online about the video that it's not a crime or killvid, disgusts and frightens me.
No one agrees to be in a snuff film, not in the right mind at least. I believe he was drugged and was killed against his will.

This is absolutely horrific crime and even more horrific some people are laughing online and joking about it. (not here but in other forms on gore sites).

Thanks for sharing - I haven't seen this either. He seems to have real trouble forming his words and what he wants to say. He rambles too. This to me indicates some kind of drug use. And man, he must have worn a LOT of makeup for these auditions. His skin looks so much better compared to the mugshot we got of him from Germany.

Interesting that dog torture photos next to articles in Spanish and about a dog murderer in Spain with addresses circled.

I dont want to stop any discussion about anything but I will just say it is very difficult for me not to counter these points with my own feelings about censorship etc, however since that did not end well yesterday I will not be sucked back in to it, please know though that I am sitting here struggling to keep my mouth shut.
