I've definitely read in MSM reports (let me know if you want the link) that as a result of that judgement he was Banned from using the Internet, a ban that is still on him.
I remember the banning, but that wouldn't outlive his 12 month probation.

Obviously he was posting during that time period, but I think at this point, breach of probation charges are the least of his worries LOL

peeps: be very careful in posting addresses... we do not know that the box in the picture is THE box.. thanks for your understanding

I think it was just a generic picture. Someone posted the EXIF data and it was from an Apple iPhone, dated yesterday, and the coordinates are on the Gulf Coast of the USA.

Yeap. The thing I find most unbelievable about his winning the lottery is this: what the heck kind of lottery pool did he want people to believe was he in? Yeah, he and 7 other freaks by the water cooler at the office said "hey, let's all pitch in $2 and play Lottario this week!"

Didn't happen lol

Sealuzna, once you mentioned an office and alluded to the notion that Magnotta worked in one I began to laugh uncontrollably; I agree, that has never happened.

I'd believe Magnotta's claim of being Michael Jackson's lover before I'd entertain the idea that Magnotta worked in an office or there were 7 people who would talk to him...

This is what's bothering me. It was listed on a website that was meant to look legit, but I can't find any official or news record about it. Just another one of his lies, I'm sure. I'm just glad some of you knew what I was talking about. I really thought I'd imagined it.

Good day folks, kind of a busy afternoon for me so I'm trying to play catch-up.

I've noticed a flurry of activity, burning up the Google and court clerk's engines, with Eric C. Newman (not Alfred E Newman) in mind.

Quick Question:
Have we implemented detailed search criteria to avoid tussling the hair of the hundreds of individuals named Eric C Newman not related to this case???

If so, I'd love to assist, what is the search criteria?

as i noted above, i searched pacer (us courts database) and the eric c newman(s) i found are not him. no way.

getting canadian court records.....i dont have that access....

eric c newman is a common name, so i am not sure why this path was started lol i just did what i could to help...

Always remember that it was tax evasion that sent Al Capone to Alcatraz (a place I've swam from to SF 7 times); so I'd be thrilled if Magnotta is charged with each and every violation (from littering to premeditated murder) because something will stick...

Wow, great find there sillybilly! Canandaigua, N.Y. is not too far of a drive from Toronto (two hours tops). Probably a hook-up gone bad.

This is scarey - I live 45 minutes away and go to Canadaigua about 2x a month to the casino. It's scarey to think that I could have cross paths with such a monster. (shudder.....)

Thanks prima.facie, as you know, I really appreciate and admire your awesome sleuthing, great finds and attention to detail.

Eric C Newman definitely is a common name, and while I am still catching-up on the thread, I wanted to raise the read flag before we tussled the hair of folks named Eric C Newman who were convicted of crimes...

Now if his name was John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt or something very unique, it would be easier to ID him...

That looks like the Toronto Zoo IMO
I know which pics you're talking about and I agree, I think it's Toronto Zoo, but the poster was asking about the aerial shot, which is Central Park.

were there any news reports about a group of strippers who won the lottery? or a group of hookers?

Dunno if this has been up yet. Under a friend to the myspace acc, linked above, there's a Melissa in the friends list... Think that might be Magnottas sister?!
Under her music i found a band called Kasablanca Blvd..... hmmm intresting imo.
Melissa is his sister's name (public knowledge) but do we want to go invading the family's privacy? Not judging, just asking.

Can we be so sure about that? I firmly believe there's a relationship here between LM and the deep web... and that the animal videos and eventually this horrendous murder could've been 'jobs'. LM lived a seedy lifestyle, did that drift the more desperate he became? Desperate to keep his looks, desperate to be famous at all costs. Just kind of thinking out loud here really, but what fascinates me a lot about this case is the links to the modern nature of it all. Social media, the internet, celebrity and fame. It impacts so many people, and brings out the worst in some.
I'm with thedissent on this one. His pathology at an early age is becoming more known as time goes on. They interviewed classmates at his school and he seemed troubled back then.
