An earlier news media article stated that she had been seeing GG twice a month regularly.

Has anyone seen any follow up to this?

Has it been verified, WHERE did they meet, was it "same time, same place" like clockwork, was it for pleasure or work, etc?

These are still unanswered questions as far as I know, and therefore they naturally leave much room for speculation.

Answers to these questions would help settle whether she was an "innocent trusting gullible hopeful" or whether she already had a history of prospering from a relationship with this man, either firsthand or through his management.

I believe I found his EBay account (using what he used for his email ggior). If it is him, he recently purchased some scuba equipment in April ("NEW Zeagle BX Power and Oral Inflator BCD SCUBA Dive") and has purchased scuba equipment as far back as 2007. It also appears he bought audio/visual equipment during that time. It's hard to know what he bought as they don't include a link for the items purchased except a couple of the recent purchases.

Ouch! She's a beautiful woman and a victim. I've known women to model or act after 35 easily, but it seem she ran into foulplay.

I agree with you. The first few people I thought of when the original comment was made was :shush: don't tell Heidi Klum (38) or Elle Macpherson (48) cause they are past 35 years old. Not to mention Cindy Crawford (45).
Some people just age well and if you can model after 35 then more power to ya, it doesn't mean your into soft .

I don't think I need to tell everyone here that the 1st Email "It Sucks" was more then likely from her...........And then he killed her shortly thereafter, as Sedna (drowning) falls into the 12th house of the chart I erected for that point in time.

However the 2nd (next day: 3PM) to the Facebook Acct. "Don't worry, we'll work it out" is CLEARLY a cover- communication made by G.G. No doubt about it!!!!!!

She may indeed be in a well for Pisces on the cusp of the 4th and rules wells and deep water.

If you compare photos from Robyn in high school to today, it's rather obvious she's had lots of work done to change her looks. Jasmine Fiore also had lots of work done, reportedly had done some modeling and indeed there were some shots of her posing with cars for promo events.

The problem with that theory is that Robyn had lunch in the cafe with her companion on Aug 2, so nothing happened to her between her 2 AM "this sucks" facebook posting and lunch. At this time, it also makes sense to assume that the email at 3 PM was from her. That leaves a window of time between 3 and 6:23 of time that we don't know anything about.

She looks like she's had some work done ... that means one thing in the modeling world, and it's not runway work.

So are you saying that models who have had breast implants are not really models at all but instead they are in the soft industry?

I think we have to be careful about what we "know" and what we don't know.

For example, most of us assume she was dating her boyfriend for 2.5 years, but that's only because that's what HE claimed. Unfortunately, he's also been quoted as saying they had been dating for 6-7 months, and 8 months in yet another interview. For all we really "know", Robyn could have been seeing (in whatever capacity- platonic of otherwise) GG before she starting dating RF. While RF is busy ever-extending the seriousness and longevity of his relationship with Robyn, one thing that has remained consistent is the reports stating that Robyn met GG about a year ago.

The same thing can be said for Robyn's affinity (or lack thereof) to swimming. RF is the only person (that I'm aware of) saying Robyn wouldn't have gone snorkeling, wouldn't have gotten her hair wet, wouldn't have gone in water over her waist. I'm not saying this isn't true, but I think RF has changed his story enough times of late to warrant taking everything he says with a huge grain of salt.

While I fully understand and support the family's decision to remain quiet in the media while this investigation is ongoing, it would help tremendously if we had other sources- friends and relatives- speaking out. That way we'd have a better idea of what is really "known" about Robyn, and what RF wants us to know. I have a feeling that if/when her family chooses to speak to the media, some of what they have to say may be completely different than what RF has stated to-date.

The best friend has also said that Robyn wouldn't have gone snorkeling because she wouldn't have gotten her hair wet or makeup messed up. Have the police found anywhere that Robyn and Gary rented the snorkeling gear from? As of yesterday they hadn't. They did go to a rental place but didn't rent anything. Gary showed police were they were snorkeling and it wasn't where everyone else goes. I wonder if they even went snorkeling at all? Maybe something happened in the hotel room.

I think that the boyfriend is saying what he wants people to believe. He said that most of her clothes were at his place but he took them and gave them to her brother...I believe it was. Why would he do that? What if she comes back? I think he wants to be more important then he actually was. People tend to do this when someone disappears or is murdered.

I think it is the boyfriend that claimed Robyn would not have gone snorkeling because of hair and make-up, but he also said that she was a strong swimmer.

"Forester says he doesn't believe Giordano's explanation that Gardner disappeared while snorkeling, especially that late in the day.

"She wouldn't have gone snorkeling and gotten her hair and makeup messed up," he says. "She would have been drinking by then. She would have been laying out by the beach."

GVG could have brought two sets of snorkeling equipment with him.

Something may have happened in the hotel room between 3 in the afternoon and 6:30 in the evening, but it's just as likely that something happened in the car or on the beach.

The area where GVG claims they went snorkeling is on the southern tip of the Island near very dangerous currents and tides.

Although the boyfriend has said that she did some modeling, my understanding is that she was married at about the age of 22 in 1998 to someone in the construction industry. They lived comfortably in Washington DC. They were divorced in 2007 but there were ongoing problems regarding alimony. Shortly before her trip to Aruba, she was laid off from her job at a dentist's office where she scheduled appointments.

She met both GVG and the boyfriend on match.com and both seemed to be a little "in the dark" about her relationship with the other.

I think it's a bit of a mistake to focus on the modeling remark from the boyfriend. GVG obviously was successful and used offers of cruises and beach vacations to lure women. I suspect that he viewed women as something that could be bought and paid for, and that if a woman accepted his money, then she owed him something. Robyn probably viewed the offer of a vacation as a magnanimous gesture and thought that she could enjoy herself without having to give anything back. Once she was in Aruba, she was really at his mercy and completely dependant on him for everything. If she wasn't playing according to his rules (and we know that alcohol made her a little aggressive), then he could have become very angry and potentially violent.
