Have you guys seen this yet?
Just saw that on HLN.
It was termed "Bloody prints" however can't be confirmed yet where it is from. Also mentioned animal activity in the area.

Have you guys seen this yet?
For starters, this guy is described as a sugar daddy. He is liquid. This leads me to deduce that he bought help. The locals down there, GG is a dream to them. A guy who pays in cash. So he may have paid off say, two locals, to , oh, I don;t know, take her body out on their boat, out to sea, to dispose??
I would ask around at the local marina's.
This article has some detail to it that I haven't seen regarding surveillance footage....
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/...nce_n_929194.html#s326251&title=Robyn_Gardner
Investigators, including experts from the FBI, are studying surveillance footage that purportedly shows Giordano behaving strangely on the day when Gardner was reported missing, repeatedly moving his car, appearing in footage wearing different toupees and popping up on camera at 6:02 p.m., shortly after he says Gardner went missing, according to ABC News.
You are so right about this gajonka! He starts flashing the money around, the locals will be all over him! I'm not all that sure that they would be loyal to him & keep their mouths shut, but the money would certainly grab their attention. Good call & something the police should certainly think about & check out.
Is there a specific protocal for that?
I would assume one had recoil in court for that ,and the insurance company would have to present a case based on more than the ''belief ".
After a person is not quilty in court they are not guilty by law ,so I dont understand what grounds the insurance company would have (never having worked in insurance or law) Just wondering.. Although I am glad they can protect themselfs in this way. Hopefully GG wont get any money at all.
Sleeping pills, then vodka... So let's go snorkeling? This guy really didn't think his story through enough.
I guess ALE has known about the life insurance policy, which is why they must have stated early on that they didn't believe she was alive any longer.
What a horrible story and motive. I think a jealous rage would be better than for money. So sad...
Sorry if this has been asked before, but how does someone take out a life insurance policy on a person who isn't related, married to them, or a verifiable life partner? Can this be done?
All of the life insurance policies that I have ever heard of, require that the person whose life is being ensured sign their consent, unless it's an immediate family member, child, etc. I think they require signatures of consent even for spouses now. That is to prevent someone from ensuring the life of a stranger or someone they intend to kill. How could this happen without her consent or did she consent? Why would you do that?
Reward?
I think we need to close the book on the insurance discussions/posts. If the answer to the question is "yes, he solicited interest in a policy." then we have MOTIVE. He does not even need to secure it- looking for it is enough. Let's apply your impressive minds to non-insurance related ideas.
No disrespect intended here. People just have questions to try to wrap their head around a case.
By the way, Robyn was pursuing getting on a reality TV program last year in Feb 2010.
interesting.
is this the site you found that might need WS verification for post?
The most recent shocker was the discovery of graphic photographs on Giordano's digital camera. The photos show Gardner in sexual positions with "parts of" Giordano, according to Aruba's Solicitor General Taco Stein. The images, a source tells PEOPLE are "beyond pornographic."
Jones and Gardner's boyfriend both refuse to believe Gardner would have sex with Giordano or pose for the photos.
"She would never, ever consent to anything like that," says Forester.
I knew he had a digital camera but I've not heard what photos he took until I read this...
