Just a thought about the location - Could it be that the location was chosen in part for a photo shoot? It is an odd place to go snorkeling, especially when you have Baby Beach right there. Perhaps she was drinking and taking pills (day walk was it referred to earlier?) to prepare herself mentally for the type of photos she was about to partake in.

They were described as "beyond pornographic" that she did not seem to be in duress, and that parts of GG can be seen in some photos. I believe there was also a reference to "organs' being visible.

I would take my phone. I do travel to Aruba and always have my phone with me - even when I go to the beach.

Me too. I love Aruba and it is an amazing place. Beautiful beaches and great, friendly people. I was there two years ago and I never feared for my life.

Yes that makes sense.

Solicitor General Taco Stein says the camera was confiscated as part of the investigation into the disappearance of 35-year-old Robyn Gardner, also of Maryland. Stein declined to specify what was in the photos except that they are "explicit." He said suspect Gary V. Giordano is partially visible in some of the pictures. He said Thursday that the photos appear to have been taken in Aruba.

It's very possible there are photos on the camera that were taken at that spot. It was secluded there and he could have her posing nude with no one seeing. That would have gone on for at least a half hour or so. They were last seen driving to that spot at 4 p.m. Gary is seen at restaurant at 6 p.m. So they take photos for about a half hour, it's 4:30, then while she is sunbathing maybe he checks her Facebook on her phone, gets angry, etc.

I don't think Robyn ever planned to go snorkeling.

Quite possibly some of those pictures were taken after she died. Examining the sequence of photos and such could tell a lot.

There may be enough pieces to put a case together here, but those pieces aren't available to us which sucks.

OH so that was an account set up by Gary perhaps? It does say "Elle Gardner" instead of Robyn, and no main profile pic is odd as well. Was that his way of hiding the profile from her and anyone that knew her? Jenna isn't even listed as one of her friends on her profile.

Did the woman say what he was up to? Was he trying to "trade pics" with her?

Is this Gary's lazy way of trying to find paid photo shoots for her? Is this his "recruiting" business?

No wonder why those photos suck. They were probably taken by Gary. A make-up artist was in need.

Let me ask you (or anybody else for that matter) something from a female perspective. If you were to go sunbathing on the beach in Aruba, would you bring your cell phone with you or leave it with your purse in the car?

I would probably have left it in the hotel. Otherwise, in the car.

Is it odd that a 50 year old man would list his mother as the beneficiary to a 1.5 million dollar life insurance (err, accidental death as part of travelers insurance) policy when he has three sons?


Consider this:

Could that dominating female figure have been his mother?

If what the woman said is true, who posted on the modeling website, then he took on Robyn's identity and communicated with her through Robyn's modeling page. (Go to the 1st thread, where someone posted about this.)

Regarding RF and the message that supposedly came from RG saying "i love you, we'll work this out later.....", I have friends that are just friends (not romantic) that say "I love you" to me on occasion, and I also say it to them. It means nothing about our romantic history or future, sexual life, etc.

I suspect RF has taken that line from RG and run with it to appear the "grieving widow" and make himself a sympathetic character in this story - poised to make $$$ off pictures, interviews, etc.

I don't trust the guy, and find it very telling that he gave her clothes and cats to RG's brother within a couple days of her disappearance. Huh? He wanted to spend his life with her, but when she was gone a couple days he erases her physical history with him and goes on a press tour? Hmm.

JMO, but he should be in Aruba if he is all that concerned.

*She is at a crossroads in her life. She is having problems with her boyfriend and just lost her job.
*She had wanted to break into modeling. Personally, I thought the pics of her that were more natural were much prettier but I don't think the other pics were . Women seem to think they need all those enhancements to make themselves stand out, look at half the actresses in Hollywood. When Robyn was madeup in pics she was beautiful.
*GG knows all of this and finds the perfect opportunity to take advantage, she's in a vunerable state.
*She thinks she's going to Aruba primarily to model, a way to make some money, a way just to get away from it all, and maybe even see if there might be anything there with regards to GG in addition. Which is why she didn't tell RF, she needs to get away clear her head to see if they have a future.
* She may be willing to do some nude shots, again, hardly a scandal in this day and age.
*When he wants to turn it "beyond pornographic", she resists, eventually causing her death.

We don't know if she took any pills willingly, or if he had planned to stop for a drink so he could slip her a few, thinking it will make her less able to resist later on. I lean towards the latter.

Looks pretty solid to me. One point and tell me if it changes your perspective, Robyn had messaged Gary "Get me out of here" in July which resulted in Gary booking the trip. Also, Christina finally indicated there was a sexual relationship between Gary and Robyn at one time. She said this on Dr. Drew.

I strongly think Gary set up that modeling page and was running it himself from the start. The fact there is no main profile picture and not even her real name tell me this. Her age is also wrong. So is her city. So is her state. This was done to hide the profile from coming up in a search. It worked as I had looked for her last week on that site.

I also don't think he would have sent such a nice message to the boyfriend. He would have much rather ripped his heart out.
