well, I would never intentionally bash a victim
And if something horrible has happened to this woman, my heart breaks for her and her loved ones

I just have huge issues about this insurance policy, IF it does exist
He could have murdered her to collect, no doubt in my mind

But, I have had moments where i think about insurance fraud JMO

And please note.. these are just thoughts
Don't beat me up

well... I am more interested in the photos than Dan Abrams
It shows she was dressed at lunch, not wearing a bikini
She is carrying a large bag, wearing sandals

If she went snorkelling, those items would be in the car or back at her hotel

Yes, thank you, Dushi for the link. Please keep those coming, if possible. I nominate you as today's MegaSleuth of the Day. The day has just begun - so keep up the good work!

Your admirer,

Brian

ps. Good points - that is a BIG satchel!

Unless the bikini was a strapless, she wasn't wearing it under that dress.
IMO SHE might not have needed a suit for her pictures...
OR she could be wearing the bottoms and a top would tie on easy!
If it were the plan to go into the water or sunbathe at that location, why not wear your bikini under the dress? I once did not wear my swimsuit to Baby Beach, and I had to change in the car - not fun!
back there behind the restraunt who would really see her?

MOO but IF she got in the water it was for pictures NOT to snorkel.
Maybe GG wore the snorkel and she was nude? (He was snapping pics from under her?) :waitasec:

ETA In his Left hand...
under water camera housing?
Do we know what type of camera it was?
I could swear I heard a color!

The server at the restaurant does not say that they told him they were going snorkeling. I would think Gary would have thrown that in if this was premeditated.

It does say the server felt she was heavily intoxicated. The "woozy" report was false, though, along with the sleeping pills.

But how would she have gotten off of the island, and where is she?

She wasn't the benficiary, so how would it benefit her?

No the server doesn't say GG said they were going snorkelling
He said he was surprised when GG told that to the police based on her/their level of intoxication and the way she was so nicely done up

My bolding

No he doesn't, that is a good point. The video only says that the server thought it was strange later on, after he heard that GG had told police they had gone snorkeling.

If he is the beneficiary,

You know, as I said just random thoughts
And nothing to base it on

What Gary has in his right hand is a styrofoam take-out box. He was taking what was left of his meal that he didn't eat. MOO.

I sure wouldn't think anyone could be very woozy in those high-heeled sandals and still remain standing. I would look woozy in those shoes even if I was stone-cold sober.

JMO: He could have murdered her for numerous reasons, like I said in a previous thread, it's probably a mixed bag with him. If his goal was to collect money, given his history, he would not pass up a chance to exploit her to the max to achieve his sexual thrills.

It was reported that on his policy, his mother was the beneficiary. On her policy, they haven't released it, but there's no way they don't have that info as well.

I would think that she wouldn't be the beneficiary on her own policy. If he is the beneficiary, you mean like a scam that he would share it with her? How would they get away with that? She would have to appear at some point. I didn't get the impression that she had been looking to disappear.

I agree
But they could have planned to share it
1.5 million is a lot of money

And, is it true he was heading someplace different when he left Aruba?
Not home?

Its very very farfetched!!!
Just thinking out loud

I had hit the send button too soon, I had added more while you were quoting.

Collecting, I don't think would have been that easy if her body wasn't found. I think they'd want proof of death before handing over 1.5 mil to someone who wasn't even her family.

JMHO

yes

as i said farfetched
And not well thought out which is why I was not going to voice it

Who took their pics or is this a security camera. Very clear pics, if so.

I know right! I have no idea... who took the pics.
I'd guess cell phone... Just based on the lighting... AND the fact that
it seems to be OF HER and GG just happens to be in it.

Wonder if she told the waiter about her pics on that web site and it was "proof" to show his friends? She'd told him her first name already...
ans if she was "tipsy" she might have said A LOT KWIM?

According to this website, 250 to 1000 deaths per year in the U.S. are from accidental choking to death during sex.

http://www.healthcentral.com/sexual-health/c/question/10693/45606

I find the whole insurance thing to be unlikely. The fact she was heavily intoxicated makes the policy null and void, for example.

I don't think this was premeditated. I think he got angry over something, and sexually assaulted her. In the process of that, he choked her to death. He has choked at least two women in the past, both reported in 2010. I don't think he planned on her death. His story would not have inconsistencies if it was planned, IMO.

Yes, the inconsistentcies give me trouble, not well planned

So, you know longer believe he gave her roofies?
You think it was a sexual assault?
