The ABC News source says a witness was present when Gardner named Giordano as the beneficiary on the travel insurance policy, and that Gardner was fully coherent when she signed it.

When are the sixteen days up?

Since the next stage is a holding period of 60 days, I believe they must release additional information ( currently being suppressed ) in order to deem the 60 day hold viable. So - hopefully the 16 days are up soon - we could really use some additional information.

The report about the sharks is telling. Remember, they say the North Shore of Aruba is infested with hungry sharks.

I still believe he paid off a local or two to take care of the body.

Since this is still a missing persons case, the FBI is still engaged.

GG is sharp in that he stated that she stubbed her toe, which defines any blood found. He's no fool.

Time for him to meet his match.

If she used her passport, there would be a record of it. If she used a fake passport, there would be a record of a one way out of Aruba for a foreigner during the time in question, just guessing that would have been easy to uncover. If she used a fake passport and they had booked a roundtrip flight under a fake identity, it would have shown that she hadn't taken the arriving flight, guessing that would have been easy to uncover too.

That CNN article I posted a few posts upthread is from Martin Savige, who seems to me to do a good job on the reports (correct me if I'm wrong.) He says he talked to an Aruba official who said Giordano IS the beneficiary of RG's 1.5 million dollar insurance policy.

While until we actually SEE the policy to know this is a FACT, it is leaning in the direction that it is a fact at this point.

If true then, that is the motive. MONEY. It would mean he knew he was going to kill her before getting on the plane.

Do all the other facts known support this? A lot has been said about Gary's anger, and it may have been over-stressed. There is another aspect to this man's character: NO CONSCIENCE and NO EMPATHY.

He told the woman he raped to stop being a victim when she was crying. He ruthlessly has posted secret pornographic videos and pictures online and in mailboxes. He has at least 4 counts of theft on his record. He tried to sue a company using forged documents, seeking millions of dollars. He had two restraining orders in 2010. He dressed up as a jackalope and stalked a woman's house, terrifying her, in 2009.

It would take a man of no conscience to contrive such a plan, desperate for money to maintain a sugar daddy lifestyle that attracted the blondes into his cave. There is evidence also that he was very upset with Robyn just a couple of months prior to this trip, regarding the cruise cancellation. Perhaps at some point Gary felt he was being used, and that Robyn was expendable. He may have concocted this plan because he knew there were no long-term hopes for him and Robyn being together. Maybe he knew the money was running out fast and this could solve his problem. It's quite a leap, but does his past behavior align with such a plan? I believe it does.

Makes sense... she would have no liability other than not being able to use Amex products ever again. Insurance Fraud in its simplest form. Perhaps this is why there had been very little chatter from her family? They may know of the plan.

It is not that easy to collect on insurance without a body...in fact, I imagine it is as close to impossible as the insurance companies can make it. I think it used to be 7 years before a person can be declared dead, maybe sometimes sooner depending upon circumstances. But of course, maybe he did not know that.

I wonder if Jon Hemingway has been declared legally dead, does anyone know? He vanished into the sea off of Martha's Vineyard over a year ago, under myterious circumstances.

I don't think I follow what you're saying.

I was just asking where she would be and how hard I think it would be for her to get off of the island without it being uncovered. I wasn't putting forth a theory of her involvement.

It is extremely easy to get on and off most islands in the Caribbean (and most anywhere else with a coastline, for that matter). Many people who travel around on sailboats in the Caribbean rarely bother with customs. They just anchor out and row ashore, or even just pull into a marina and go ashore. There are not customs officials at every private marina, and no one really asks questions (especially if you're waving cash around). One could have a runabout scoot close to shore and pick someone up, easily.

That said, it's my personal opinion that is not what happened. I think he killed her and either swam the body out to sea or dumped her off a cliff.

Mr. Stein says that they are very worried that very sensitive information has been published by ABC. They will start an internal investigation to see who is leaking this information. Stein says:" We are frustrated,annoyed and angry". Unemployment and/or imprisonment can be some of the consequences to finding the one(s) responsible. Gary Giordano has access to cable in jail and therefore can come across information that was not intended for publication. ABC has been publishing new information nearly on a daily basis. New information that even local media did not receive.

Has anyone notice that when ever the bf the guy thats still in town or her ex i don't know what to call him anymore but the guy that says he is her bf .you ever notice how when he is on tv and the best friend of robyns is also on that when he sometimes says things she will roll her eyes and give a little smirk..

The boyfriend is named Richard Forester.

Don't forget, her roommate/best friend/whatever--the one who has been rolling her eyes and smirking-- has said that the relationship between Robyn and RF "isn't what it appears to be". She has never explained what she means by that, but it's something to consider.

Well according the linked article below, Robyn and her ex-husband separated in 2007, which would make it 4 years. The picture from Cancun that was posted recently was from a trip with her ex-husband and friends and it was obvious she had no plastic surgery or arm tattoos at that time.

So what happened 4 years ago that made this seemingly well off "housewife" separate from her husband of 9 years, have augmentation surgery, get multiple tattoos and hair extentions, start looking for work in reality tv and modelling? Could GG have been influencing her back then?

Why the assumption that she wasn't obsessed enough about her appearance even since her highschool days of wanting to be a flight attendant? She is 35 years old. I believe this is what she wanted and perhaps saw GG as a means to that end. It is tragic what happened to her but it doesn't appear that she was a mindless victim.

If she is dead where is her body? How big is ARUBA? She was last seen at 4:20pm - he reports her missing around 6pm - that is only an hour and a half to get rid of her so well that she is not floating - or found.

THe insurance policy calls for an accidental DEATH- snorkeling and never coming back because you drowned is an accident. Did he drown her out in the water and expected her body to wash up by now and it hasn't?

Sorry but she did NOT have anything to go back to. If she signed the insurance policy herself this may have all been a set up.

Aruba doesn't exactly have a history of being able to charge men with murder if there is no body.

Either he mudered her and was expecting the body to show up in the water knowing the insurance policy would pay for accidents.

Or he killed her an knows that the insurance will pay without a body.

Or she is alive and this is a huge scam that is getting out of hand.

There is NO WAY the policy exists and then she actually DOES drown in an accident as he is claiming. UNLESS he drugged her hoping it wold happen and really people that is just sick if true.
