In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Giordano's second wife, Connie Klein said that she hadn't yet heard the news that her former spouse was going to stay in jail for the foreseeable future.

"I didn't know that, this is the first I'm hearing about it," Klein, a real estate agent in Charlotte, North Carolina, told RadarOnline.com. "I have been in contact with him and spoken to him but not today so I have no comment about it," she said, but went on to say that her ex-husband was worried about the accusations against him when she last spoke to him in his Aruban cell.

Is this woman the one on ABC saying she signed GG as beneficiary as well? Why is she in contact with GG? She has been sued twice by GG in the past. Blackmail?

The signature from May is the one that looks like a forgery (stop and start pen points). The one recently signed in July looks like an original (very smooth/no stop and start)..at least to me. If that is the case whats-up with the May sig--is that the one he "supposedly" forged?

So if we take out the July 27th forgery, since to me it looks like that IS RG's signature--what do we have??

Human trafficking is not so "out there". There was a movie called "Taken" with Liam Neeson---VERY SCARY---
Daughter is taken after landing in Paris
They find it is an Armenian run organization
Within 96 hours --any victim will NEVER be found
They are kept drugged and moved from one holding house to another until they reach the final destination , a high priced AUCTION, Hundreds of thousands of dollars are paid for some of these young women. These are the "lucky". ones.

My point being, even if Robyn was 35 years old, she still would be of value for other uses:sick:. In Juarez Mexico there have been at least 500 missing women, some may come from the U.S.
Nobody does anything to find them because EVERYONE is corrupt. New Mexico just recently found the skeletal remains of 11 women, that article was referenced right here on WS.

Sadly this happens everyday here in the U.S. , Mexico, Thailand, and South America (the largest)--Aruba is very convenient by boat. It may sound strange, but sometimes I think with so many of our young women disappearing without a trace---Human Trafficking is a nightmare no one wants to think about. IMOO--I think if GG did anything with Robyn it was drugging her enough to be moved by boat to-----who knows?....but GG is sure they will find no body!:twocents:

i don't know, it's kind of hard to tell which one is forged, both screen shots seem a little distorted to me, probably just from copying and enlarging. I can make out what might be pen points on both signatures.

I agree with you about trafficking, it's very real worldwide, absolutely. It's JMHO that it isn't the case with RG.

ETA: Just thinking aloud, if GG wanted to traffic RG, he needed to find contacts, wouldn't it have been easier to traffic her from inside the US, where he could have stayed completely under the radar and not be traced? No one would have even have to know that they had been together when he passed her off.

Why would anyone "human traffic" a 35 year old woman?

She looks younger than 35, she's blonde and very attractive, more so than many they pay good money for IMHO. Not worth as much as a younger one, maybe, but still worth something. Just comes down to money, realizing of course that he also had the insurance policy, IF he could pull that off.
I understand your skepticism and believe it is more likely that he killed her. However, part of me just can't get past that he seems so sure they won't find her body, AND / OR that nothing has washed ashore in this length of time. Even if he weighted her w/ scuba weights it seems like something would have washed to shore by now.

Actually, it makes me wonder if they're really searching the shoreline. Maybe there is something that has washed in but it's stuck in the coral reefs.

WARNING: Consider the source!! (National Enquirer)

http://www.nationalenquirer.com/aruba-cops-suspect-giordano-secret-confession-gardner

An ENQUIRER investigation has discovered that cops have been told by guards at the squalid San Nicolas police station jail that Giordano was overheard moaning, weeping and banging his head and fists in his cell, while crying: “It’s all my fault!”

“Police are convinced these late-night mutterings by the murder suspect add up to a confession,” an insider revealed.

“Inmates told police that Giordano asked, ‘How much of a sentence can I get if they suspect I killed her but they can’t find proof and can’t find her body?’ ” the source divulged.

(respectfully snipped by me)

What I need to see is a signature that is confirmed to be Robyn's. For me, it is difficult to discern a forgery without an actual to compare it to. I am certain that the FBI and their team of writing experts have this; however, without it, I do not dare speculate on which one if either are a forgery.

Everything is a possibility but

Human trafficing would require preplanning
Contacts, someone he was in contact with before arriving on the island
A plan

Everything he has said so far shows a man who is sloppy, not a great liar (even though he is arrogant enough to think he is)

And i believe thirty five is rather old for that market

Oh, I am no expert on forgery's that is for sure. However, JAG or Hatessociopaths (I think) mentioned the forgery as one that would have start/ stop dots. To me the May sig seems to have those. That is what I was referring to.

Yes, Dushi, it would require pre planning and connections. However if we take the "picture" that has been painted of GG...not a stretch, he could certainly know "people".Perhaps his computer will show that.

Also about Robyn's age--OMG!! stop with the 35 being "too old"--like no one would want someone THAT old. If you look at All the photos out there (not just the "model mayhem"), she is very attractive. Certainly there are people out there that would pay for her to make" them" money.I am not about to go into detail as to what that might be, but suffice it to say some countries have very little regard for a human life. Some of those places are very close to Aruba.
Why Aruba? well it might be as simple as that is where his connections were, or it was the easiest waterway with minimal patrols. Maybe I just can't get that movie out of my head--now every women that goes missing I see the Human trafficking aspect. Anyway, as always just "a" theory.:twocents:

Let's go back to this for a moment:

http://gaithersburg.wusa9.com/news/news/66124-gary-giordanos-former-lawyer-speaks

"He plans out his moves and plans out what he's going to do pretty carefully and thoughtfully. I never got the feeling that he did anything as a spur of the moment kind of thing. Calculating would be a good way of describing him," said Flynn.

IMO, the word calculating implies that someone calculates all of the factors to determine if something or something(s) will operate, and for how long, to yield the results intended.

Any other interpretations of that word?

Hi all!
Well incredibly 'bright' I wouldn't call this guy after all I've read.

First thing that comes to my mind if this was planned, was not
to get so drunk along with the victim!
I also believe he called for help to soon and should have gotten
himself together and then make that move.

I just remembered too, that argument in the lobby got stirrred up
more and more as the day went on, in the room, in the car etc.
leading up to what happened at the restaurant.
Wish we knew more about that.

But, I could be all wrong. No one has been found yet.
It's just that he himself by talking put himself where he is
today! JMO

Snipped by me.

It's also why I may see the "It's all my fault" quote (IF that is indeed accurate) in a different light.

He's not admitting guilt; he's kicking himself because he screwed up his own plan in some way.

There's no way in Hades he planned to spend this much time in a jail cell in Aruba.

JMO as per usual.

to answer the bold - I read 'somewhere' that you have to go out at least a mile for 'no return'.

I read the waters in that area, when calm, take you out at a rate of 2 miles per hour. If he dumped her off the NE coast at say 5pm - by the time he called 911 she could have been 3-4 miles out.

I feel she is in the water. There is an element of truth in his lies, IMO.

Why did authorities search the Sereo Colorado area?

Yes, excellent interpretation, and I agree. IMO: He was hoping that things would work out long enough for him to extricate himself and profit.

I agree with your meaning of the word calculating, in his case
making sure not only that things go his way, but also that he
doesn't get caught. He might have meant this to happen but
I don't believe it happened that way for GG
The insurance policy alone raises questions.
If he was using the snorkling story he should have invesigated
her likes and dislikes with her. First thing I would have asked is do
you like to snorkel. Maybe then she would say no and reveal the
extentions. GG just presumed everything, so again I would not
refer to him as bright in the deep sense of the word, with all this at
stake. JMO

JMO: But, I suggest that someone who calculates, can also calculate when, where and how, he can appear to fly off the handle?

  • #697
How do we know how intoxicated GG really was. For all we know he drank some to have it on his breath. He could have been acting intoxicated to minimize the questions asked of him at that time.

Thats my opinion
thirty five is not old by any means, but i think in this case, human trafficking ,
I think it s getting up there

For a certainty, I will watch that movie! This is not an impossibility. I posted in the Holly Bobo thread the case of Shannon Marketic. She was a beauty queen who was lured to another country to do promotional work. She ended up being forced to perform sexual favors.

Shannon Marketic - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nothing surprises me any more.
