No, but in the water it's like a needle in a haystack. GG is implying that RG was scooped up from the water by some devious fisherman who was fishing out a sea that day and sold. Not sure why a human trafficer would want someone who drowned because he claims she disappeared in the water while right beside him. It's just a tangled web he is weaving. jmo

That just seems like a fantasy story, there is a fisherman out in his boat, when along comes a body, 'hey' he thinks to himself i know someone who will buy this, i will take it to the trafficker market..

"Baez was trying to bully me. I don’t get bullied. I walk a fine line but I don’t step over that line. I am very careful. Baez does not scare me whatsoever," he said.

"I think the comment he made about there being an FBI report about mine and Robyn's relationship was just to scare me. Why would that have any bearing on what happened down there? It’s disgusting that he would even try to do something like that."

In the controversial interview with Geraldo Rivera, Giordano described himself as Robyn's "protector," and told the host that it was "accurate" to say she was promiscuous.

Its becoming a p***ing match between these men
Where is Robyn?

Okay, to clear this up and Duchi can back me up on this, the rock formations around that area can be full of holes and appear to be coral like. I thought it was volcanic rock but was told know it's coral. That the whole island is coral underneath the sand. There are some smooth rocks but getting into the water there are both jagged, sharp and some are smooth. Water does make holes in them and wears them away but primarily they are coral which is sharp, full of holes and not inviting when you step on them. And this is a personal observation from being there and a fact as I know it. lol jmo

I agree with your observation Lampchop
I have no idea what they are called or made of , but they can be very difficult to walk on

Quote:
Gary Giordano, the lone suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner in Aruba, said he believes human traffickers may be behind it, but he couldn't explain how they might have made off with the woman.

Quote:
Giordano told "GMA" last week that Gardner may have been kidnapped as part of a human trafficking crime.

Quote:
"......There's plenty of fodder going on and plenty of nonsense and stories ... but there's absolutely nothing that indicates that Gary is guilty of anything," Giordano's attorney, Jose Baez, said today.[/QUOTE]

I think police sent him back to the hotel to sober up at about 8:30 (not 100% sure about the time), so that photo was probably taken within 2 hours of reporting that Robyn disappeared while snorkeling.

Fish don't like vodka. I know that for a fact.

Plus she cut her toe. Was he planning on feeding her to the sharks? If he is such a seasoned snorkeler he would have know how dangerous it is to get into the water with blood. It was on her towel lying on the ground so one can only assume it was right before getting into the water if he was telling the truth and she entered the water there. Was he so impaired by alcohol that he was not able to think logically or was it part of his plan? It has to be one or the other. He can't just say....well, you know, I really didn't think about the blood issue. I'm not a snorkeler and I know better. Hey....thanks for the information about the Geraldo show. jmo

I don't know but... if what Otto posted happened, he may have been...

I know there is a link on his site to a video but I was not able to view it. I guess you need a secret decoder ring or something. But the video is there, I just could not see it.

I still wonder if she was hit in the head with a rock--or a rock covered by a towel.

There has never been any mention of how much blood was found, just that they found blood

It could have been just a drop or far more
We don't know

So, if it was said in the Geraldo interview that GG and RG were feeding fish as I know I heard, but apparently no one has super secret access to that particular broadcast---was it bread/rolls from the restaurant, or what? I know ducks like bread, turtles and sometimes fish will go for it also.

Re: the bolded part. See, I told ya that Jose Baez is being called Giordano's attorney.

Isn't it possible that GG is feeding off forums like this one? For months, there have been posts speculating that Robyn was a victim of human trafficking ... with the assumption that GG was behind it. GG now claims that human trafficking may have been behind her disappearance, but with him suggesting it - meaning he wasn't behind it, the whole suggestion takes on a ridiculous appearance. Baez feeds off forums (as we saw in the Anthony trial) and now GG is throwing around ideas that can only have come from forums. I do believe that Baez has advised GG on how to use forums and media hype to his advantage ... with the first objective being to sell the story to the highest bidder. I also suspect that Baez has informed GG that more outrageous and inconsistent remarks result in talking heads picking up on those remarks and debating the validity of them. For example, we always have the "for" and "against" guests. By having those absurd ideas debated by TV lawyers, they take on some form of validity and they most definitely pollute the jury pool (which is what Baez wants in case the case is tried in Maryland).

that's what i believe happened, he rendered her unconscious and allowed her to drown. so he feels like he is telling some semblance of the truth, she drowned. but what conditions did he set up (right location where her body would drift out to sea, bleeding cuts to attract sharks, perhaps strip her naked of her clothing so nothing can be recovered, etc.) to convieniently let this happen. i think he put something in her drink, perhaps roofies or sleeping pills when he went to refill his drink. if any scenerio even close to what i described is true, there will never be any evidence to be found and he can never be charged. this is troublesome, as it sends a very bad message to anyone else who wants to get away with murder. make it look like an accident, make sure no one finds the body, leave no trace of evidence. you walk. circumstantial evidence (behavior, motive, etc.) mean diddly squat anymore. scary.

There was no blood ... that was a rumor.

"Blood was reportedly found on a rock near the restaurant not far from where Gardner and her traveling companion Gary Giordano were last seen together.

But Aruba Solicitor General Taco Stein said in an interview Saturday night: "The detail about the hand print and blood is not true."

"That is not something that we have found," the Solicitor General said, adding: "Let me put that to rest as that only hinders the investigation"

Its quite possible
The first time I heard Human trafficking mentioned was by Richard Forrester
He has been adamant about it
It seems if it is repeated often enough, if becomes fact.
GG never mentioned anything about human trafficking when he was repeating his story of a snorkelling accident over and over to LE

There was blood.

Lejuez said that during the hearing prosecutors disclosed that a DNA test confirmed that blood found on a towel came from Gardner. But the attorney said that Giordano has maintained that she cut her toe on a rock while they were on a beach and used the towel to stop the bleeding.

What about those "beyond pornographic" images of Robyn on the camera? Were those a revenue producing prelude to the insurance money?

We know through news reports that GG was starting an online business.

It's in the news threads posted.

There's also the matter of the ex-husband, which has never been resolved.

I'm sure that RF was suggesting that GG was behind the human trafficking story, but with GG suggesting it, we know that he's making ridiculous claims. Unless he saw a boat pull up where they were snorkeling and drag Robyn away, it didn't happen. With GG making these claims while Baez is sitting next to him, I have to wonder if Baez hasn't suggested that: the crazier the claim, the better for the defense.

Thanks. So there was no blood on the rocks, but there was some amount of blood on a towel ... could be a drop detectable only through forensics and could be something clearly visible.

Yes, I believe the rock and hand print were rumor
And there is no mention of how much blood so it could have been any amount
