I think we can see the mistakes JB is making now with GG. Lately it appears JB is not spending much time in his office but trying to set up media deals. To my knowledge this is not normal for defense attorneys so maybe he has made a switch in his career path. Considering all of the proctoring Judge Perry had to do advising JB during the Anthony trial you would think he would be taking a refresher course in the law. I don't think he has benefited GG and has only let GG hurt himself during these media appearances. I don't believe a good lawyer would have let GG speak other than just giving a statement. jmo

AFAIK there is no proof they ever existed
There was a car in the beach/bar area and a photo was sent out

There may have been people in the general area, but they may have witnessed nothing


(Other than the fisherman, who did see them leave the beach)

Plus the way the Aruba legal system conducts themselves during an investigation had these people or person in the white car come forward we would not be informed. jmo

We would not be informed but the fisherman story came out along with an interview

I expect there may have been people near the beach and bar , or at least people parked the white vehicle there

But it doesn't mean they saw anything

And if you read the report above, it sounds like LE was attempting to find more information and was hoping that the driver of the white car saw something

JB should have stopped at the first interview and, in fact, should have never done an interview before he had time to sit down with his client after GG had had time to recover from his trip and go over the whole story. They went from Aruba to Miami to NYC in a day. His boys were brought in while GG was in his hotel room. That does not appear to be enough time to prepare his client for the type of interview he was facing. From their clothes it appears they went from one interview to another. IMO, JB did not use good judgment in the normal sense of the word and as an attorney I'd say he used zero sense in determining this was a good time to do a media tour. For someone who claims foul on the media he sure uses them alot. How about just being an attorney and doing what is best for your client and not for yourself. That is the image I see that JB projects. jmo

<modsnip> JB says he's giving too much details. It is just ironic that when professionals describe how to recognize someone who is lying the experts will tell you they give too much detail. A good attorney would not have let GG speak so freely but merely issued a statement and never, never would a good attorney put their client out on the circuit. jmo

There are courses for horses, in some situations a suspect may well talk out if an attorney (obviously an accomplished and confident attorney) deems it fit to do so.

Mr Baez has this fully under control.

I don't believe this attached video shows the part where he was lashing out. The lashing came out during the interview with RF. When you call in an threaten someone I think that is considered "lashing out". At least that was my understanding. jmo

If I had inside information this case would have been solved by now.

I would however suggest that there are many aspects of this case that have not been discussed here or anywhere else.

With regard to Aruba releasing information, I don't blame them for not doing that, as we have all seen, that information is twisted, turned and twisted again and then used by people to hammer Aruba with distorted information.

But if you see fit to engage me, please be my guest.
