This is an older article, but I am posting it because we seem to be at that point where we are going back over everything again.

Interesting, it states GG was given permission to leave by the U.S. consulate, not the Aruba LE as he and his attorney have stated in interviews.

"He said that in the following days after Ms Gardner's disappearance, Giordano assisted with the search and answered questions from police and that his client was given permission to leave by an official at the U.S. consulate on the nearby island of Curacao before he was detained."

LE never mentioned the car again
Since that statement, the only mention of witnesses driving was in NE

Police suspect the man and Giordano knew each other from the U.S., perhaps meeting on one of the “swinging singles” websites that Giordano often frequented – and that they hatched a plan to kill Robyn for the insurance money.

My opinion is this would have been stated very early into her disappearance

I wasn't aware they captured surveillance of the people who owned or rented the Getz
All I read is that the car was parked near Garys at the significant time period

They had photos of the car

I have heard conflicting statements about whether GG had been to Aruba several times versus just this one time. I still don't know.

If he didn't know the island, maybe he knows someone who does. Maybe they met there, and that's why he wanted Robyn to wear that particular dress the second day. Like a marker, or so she would be easily recognized. JMO

According to the video, the photos were taken at approx. 4 PM on August 2 by a tourist.

As was stated in the release statement, a judge decided there was no evidence strong enough to bring charges

Taco Stein also stated that they are continuing to look at any new evidence and should that evidence be found, they would file for extradition

He was grabbing her arms and jerking her around and shouting back at her. 'Then Giordano apparently realized their argument was heating up in public where someone might overhear them. He violently grabbed the back of Robyn's neck with one hand and shoved her back into the elevator with the other hand.' (in reaction op various posts in the thread before this one)

The difference between the dresses is the first dress has bright blue in it, the second one has yellow it in. IMO

Dress number two in close up (earlier that year on July 4)
