Thanks for sharing the pictures from your recent trip to Aruba. Since you didn't provide a comment for these two, should I assume that they are a continuation of the post just prior to it, i.e. taken from the jetty/peninsula? Did you happen to take any from the location where GG claimed they entered the water, or was that even identifiable?
From LE reports GG claims to have gone into the water approximately 100 yards past the restaurant. That is a little less than the length of a football field. Looking at these pictures there is no way I'd be walking on this rocks in my barefeet. jmo
I do wonder why any of this is important because if we are to believe the Fisherman, they left the area without ever going into the water
So it seems the condition of the shore or water is not important
If the fisherman is telling the truth, Garys lie isn't where they went in the water, its that they DID go into the water

Along with all the other apparent lies he has told this one seemed to have been a big red flag for LE.
Reports seem to indicate it was the peninsula, in answer to your previous question. jmo
I don't recall reading anything about the peninsula
In fact, the only thing I do recall is Nanki beach
Can you recall where you read this? TIA
I think it was in the earlier videos. And there was the underwater video that described the area they went into as "rocky point" which is the peninsula area. The piers are on Rodger's Beach and isn't Nanki the name of the area more so that the beach. Although in post #717 posted by Otto it shows the peninsula listed as Nanki Beach. Not that it matters because I think the issue was them going into the water with all the rocks and that has been well documented in most of the videos. Looking at the area it is just so hard to believe she would have gone into the water in her barefeet much less gotten in without falling after having consumed sleeping pills and vodka within a short period of time. No wonder ALE investigators were scratching their heads.
Also if you look at the videos from shows such as NG they all point out this area as where they went into the water. jmo
But has it been proven that they ever went into the water Lambchop?.. just asking..
No one saw them go in and, in fact, witnesses claim they saw them leave in their white rental car around 4:30pm. I think if it were just people claiming they never saw them go into the water it would be weak. The fact that more than one witness claims they left in the car when GG said they went right into the water, snorkeled, came out, laid out in the sun, tried to enter a second time when RG cut her toe on a rock and then after stopping the bleeding with her towel they went back in again. At the point she cut her foot it was probably way after 5:30pm and anyone with 1/2 a brain cell would have said, "Hey, it's getting late. Let's go back to the hotel and put something on that cut." GG managed to run his own business so I don't think a lack of common sense is an issue with him therefore his story comes under suspect. People who are innocent, and probably having done something very stupid that ended up being dangerous, their stories still make sense. Way too much wrong with what GG claims has happened.
Sound travels over water and I know it is windy down there but T. Stein did say it was calm and waves are generated by the wind so if it were calm there may have been very little wind. If GG were calling her or calling for help you would think someone would have heard him. He claims there was no one there yet a fishman has come forward as a witness to say they did leave and did not go into the water. jmo

How would they prove or disprove they went into the water? Just asking.
The fundamental question in any missing persons investigation is where were they last seen. And in this case the person was last seen getting into a car. Not going into the water.
