So... where do I find these "dumps"?? I don't know "what" pastebin is? Can someone post a link? or is that forbidden??

:tyou: in advance!

Pastebin is a place where people can post text anonymously, it's often used for 'doxing' etc .. here is the statement I was looking for from the hackers uploaded there .. http://pastebin.com/Kty5xBiv

Oh and here is the image that came up as gobble gook when I posted it upthread ..

From what I can gather you can only get to the actual documents by downloading a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 from Pirate Bay or similar, be warned though, it's about 10GB (too much for me to bother with!).

Established Men- a human trafficking site!

Maybe this was the initial target to begin with but they went after AM hoping that ALL of these sleazy sites would be shut down. This EM site is disturbing, but I find all of it disturbing.

JA is in a horrible bind, I do feel for him a tiny bit...but don't see how he can carry on in a public capacity. Florida is a very conservative place for the most part, Imo, and many conservatives might be as hypocritcal as anyone else in what they do, but they don't like to condone bad behavior publicly. Not just FL, of course but that is where he is.

I do wonder what his wife will do. I would not be able to stick it out. His profile was very insulting and disrespectful to her, Imo, basically seemed to be saying he is bored, needs excitement, etc...yeah we all do but even if you are inclined to cheat, you don't have have to disparage your current partner and/or sex life at the same time.

I think he has to resign, regardless of what he says. Jmo

At first I felt for him a bit, but the more I think about I don't anymore. It's sad that so many people seem to live these double, deceptive lives. What is it anyway that some seem to think they need so much excitement, especially for those in their 50's or even older. Maybe they didn't sow their wild oats when they were younger? Are they just insecure? What's with the obsession with sex at that age? I wonder if some of it has to do with Viagra. Maybe it's time to grow up now, IMO. If they need a little more excitement, why not just go sky diving, or race car driving, or go ride some roller coasters instead of being so selfish and destroying the relationships of those you love. jmo

Fake emails but attached to real credit cards = real people.

Stolen CC, CC that have been made using others info...there are many ways. Emails could be made to match the CC that was stolen or a counterfit CC, a stolen picture, stolen info from a social web site, the list can go on. Some very innocent people will be hurt. I see a big investigation going on in several countries covering many laws that may have been violated. JMO

I do wonder if Viagara plays a part in SOME of the high profile cases of "older" men who have gotten in trouble in the news in the past X number of years. I have wondered about this for quite some time. Its not the only reason of course but I do wonder it plays a role in SOME of these types of cases.

All I know is I have been quite shocked at some of "older" individuals who end up in these sorts of situations when I don't recall that particular age group having many issues like this before Viagara came out. Again to be very clear, just think it can play a role in SOME of the cases where we would not ordinarily think the person would be of the age to get caught up in something like this.

I think what has led me to think along these lines is there have been some people where I had thought about this due to their age and then the person did confirm they also had taken that particular drug. Without mentioning names I can think of one particular talk show host that had some sort of sex scandal and I think it was confirmed he was known to use the drug. So I had to wonder if there is a tie there in some cases.

Even if it doesn't make the persons mind want to do wrong things just the physiological part of the medicine may be a factor in that person wanting to explore other opportunities so maybe its a cause and effect thing even if it is not mental effect.

Its an interesting topic and I think it was brought up in other cases before

I'm not sure older men are doing this more .. maybe as they get older they get a bit more desperate though because it's harder to hook up with other women outside of their marriage as their looks and virility fades? So I'm thinking with desperation comes risk, and with risk comes exposure .. regardless, it's all rather pathetic this.

Could also be that, with each passing year, more older men are using the internet

I think older men are desperately trying to hold onto their youth.

I think it's more of a financial thing than a age thing. The site cost more than a trip to Vegas. And just like Vegas. There is no guarantees. So I think that some guys with good money go on there to show these women that they have money to wine and dine.

But they rarely tell them about having to remove the baby car seats from the vehicle before picking them up.

Jmo.

Some guys still live in Roman times where Nobility reigns supreme in their minds.

This Ashley Madison place was a major Honeypot though .. create a website specifically for cheating spouses, tell them their information is water tight and they could indulge their fantasies freely, create a whole bunch of fake female profiles to attract male visitors, CHARGE existing account holders a fee to do a hard delete on all their personal info for extra security (and then DON'T delete it), .. I mean they pretty much painted a target on their back and asked for it .. I see a number of red flags that could create enemies in that mix, on the short list you've got ..

  • Disgruntled account holder who found out about non deletions of personal info
  • Disgruntled worker at company
  • Disgruntled wife / lover of account holder
  • Disgruntled observer who simply thought the whole situation was just really messed up
  • Competitor in the market place who found out that Ashley Madison tried to hack into their systems (yes, this happened apparently)
  • A hacktivist who simply wanted to create a huge stir with a bunch of people they considered unsympathetic targets

etc.

The website costs as much as a trip to Vegas?! I must have missed that part.

I'm not sure of the source, but I've had it in my mind all along (from reading headlines, nothing I myself came up with) that investigators have been leaning toward an inside job since early days.

Whoever helped set up and or upgrade the system; Definitely had ties to infiltrate the system on a rainy day. It could be a disgruntle staffer that gave a hacker system access.

But I do feel sorry for women of domestic violence that may be harmed if the nut job finds out that they were on that site looking for their prince charming.

Thinking .. if you actually worked in a company and wanted access to all the different areas of business it wouldn't actually be all that easy, like I'm just remembering that each department worked off different servers in our company and sometimes I had access to part of another departments server etc etc etc, but never the whole lot and we had special folders for sharing data with other areas. So really the only people who had access across the board were IT folks, it would also only be those people who could remotely access a computer from another area or jump on any computer in the building and slip in a thumb drive and not attract a huge amount of attention if they were simply copying over files. Or even back up the entire companies data onto a separate drive while appearing to perform a regular backup.

So therefore, if it's an inside job, you'd only really be looking at IT right?

Agree. You have to back up all files and info just in case the site comes crashing down and everything needs to be reset. They have companies that specialize in that aspect as well. So they could have outsourced to a 3rd party company to handle this system back up portion so no information is lost.

So I dont know if it's as simple as looking at one I.T guy. Or if it's a 3rd party outsourcing company.
