Do you mean the 'exchange' of a look by JR that she interpreted as threatening? If so, I think that happened when he brought JBR from the cellar. That's after the time we are discussing. Yes she was waiting, but not actually doing anything as far as I can ascertain. I suspect she was with PR after reading that article.
Whatever Ardt did or didn't do correctly, it is rather insulting to describe her activities at the home as "being off with the fairies". Where she WAS was trying to secure an active crime scene alone with unauthorized people wandering all over it. You have no way of knowing where JR was or what he was doing. I doubt he left the house, but it can't be stated as fact that he did NOT move his daughter's body any more that it can be stated as fact that he DID. I for one, do not think he moved her, but I do think he was in the WC during that time. If he moved her at all, he moved her from further back in the room to closer to the door to be more easily seen. That would explain why FW didn't see her- he was also puzzled why he didn't- because where she was found should have been able to be seen when he opened the door, even without turning the lights on. Tests were done in the basement and it was determined that there was enough ambient light from the area outside the WC to see inside when the door was opened, even with the light off in the room.

I think it would be more useful to just wonder why FW didn't see the body, than to assume because he didn't see it, it therefore wasn't there, so then to also assume that JR went missing (because LA lost sight of him) and so then you can assume that he must have moved the body closer!! FW just didn't see it, so did he lie about looking in the cellar or did he actually see it but didn't know what it was (being wrapped in a blanket) or did he see it, know it was JBR and pretended not to have seen it at all. He also acted very strangely both on that day and thenceforth. IMO it's FW who needs a closer look.
Certainly the possibilities you suggest may be the case- she was there, but he didn't see her, she was there, he saw her but wasn't sure what it was he was looking at. I don't see why he'd have lied about looking in the basement. If he had been involved, the basement is the last place he'd want to be associated with.

Well, you seem to assume that JR lied about things, and you therefore concluded it must have been because he was involved in her murder. So if FW lied, wouldn't you conclude that he must have been involved instead??
I suppose anyone might infer that. However, I don't believe FW was lying. There is nothing that has been shown to indicate FW lied about anything. He hasn't been caught in a lie.
The R's on the other hand, have been. Don't ask for a list. You know what they are.

The business about the discussion with the pilot you mention above is an entirely different matter, I'm not sure why you brought that up?

I really don't follow your reasoning.
If FW was involved, according to you, the cellar would have been the last place he would have gone.
However, you do believe JR was involved and you also believe that because it was the first place he went!!
I can't fathom why you differentiate between them in that way. According to you, a guillty FW would behave in the exact opposite way to the way you say a guilty JR behaved.

I've been wondering ...
with respect to CW's analysis of the rn and SD's inquiries to CW....
how the limitations of the analysis, the limitations and modifacations and alterations of the format of the analysis, (catagories within the analysis format had to be omited because the rn was written in marker.)
I wonder how a modified format
affects the general results.
Can the results be scewed as a result?
DID CW include catagories of analysis that others did not?

I'd have to ask her to be sure. But yes, as far as I know, results can be skewed by the modified format. Markers are not ideal implements for examination. And as for including categories that others did not, she certainly hinted at that.

Yeah, I guess she was WAY out of her depth, as were the entire BPD.
You have to wonder if the person responsible really did know about LE 'countermeasues'. To have committed the crime on Christmas Day was an absolute master stroke.
Sadly, they may not have fared much better on another day of the year.
I differentiate because JR is guilty and FW is not. JR KNEW where her body was. It was his home, he knew every nook and cranny.
He could also see the body immediately, without stepping into the room or turning on a light. FW stood at the door for a bit, looking for a light switch and still saw nothing. Obviously John KNEW she was there, or she had been moved there AFTER FW looked in the room.

Actually, I think the better answer is to consider the personal connection JR had to his daughter. If he had indeed found her earlier and presumably was finishing off some staging, he would then be wanting her to be found quickly afterwards.
It's the PERSONAL aspect of it that is the concern.

Doesn't sound like an "I think" or "I believe" or even "perhaps", you stated you ACTUALLY KNOW THIS TO BE CORRECT??
