IMO!!!

I don't think parents had limited legal custody of their children.
As was reported in MSM
parents with children were to move far away to their own house which was being decorated by father.
Gus was to start school soon
and live with Mum, Dad and baby brother.

As for alleged accident & cover up,
mother could have been scared that her other baby son R. might be taken away by authorities/Social Services because of alleged negligence causing fatal accident.

One thing is obvious to me.
This property was not fit safety wise
for small children being left unsupervised.
Gus was only 4, and the yard seems to me!!!
a death trap for wandering kids.

IMO there should have been a fenced area for the boy to play safely and under adult's supervision.
And I mentioned it at the very beginning of this thread many months ago.
I'm adamant about this.

I'm not sure if Gus ALLEGEDLY
- was the victim of fatal accident
- or was he fatally punished
- or there was premeditated foul play.

I still think it is the first possibility with panic cover up.

It makes sense that both grandparents are being supported by independent lawyers, but in releasing a joint statement, I can't help but think (IMO) that SM and JM have more of an idea than what they'd led LE to believe. It's not uncommon for two people to have differing accounts where one stays accurate to the story and the other starts to get muddy on the (potentially) decided details. And tbh, their decision to finally publicly release a statement now (and not when Gus was originally reported missing) all but confirms that one of them is, in fact, the suspect (though, it's looking like both now).

What is the benefit of LE stating they have a POI/suspect without an impending arrest? This happened in the Asha Degree case where LE stated publicly that there was a prime suspect yet no arrests ever came of it.
Is it to draw out other tips?

It covers both:

ALLEGEDLY

- wandering off (grain of truth in earliest report)
- explains cover up
(possible obvious fatal injury caused by an adult).

- And ties to anger issues/explosive temper as well.

This is my latest theory what ALLEGEDLY happened.
- Not premeditated.
- But fatal outburst of anger.
- Cover up in panic.
- Belligerent attitude indicating fear.

Yep it’s like a jigsaw slowly coming together. Although our theory could sill be wrong, obviously.

There is no evidence Gus wandered off. That statement is available through numerous legit reporting sources.

That leads me to believe there's no truth to the playing in the dirt story.

So the whole story given by the Grammys is a fabrication. Thus, we have no clue what really happened.

I can deduce that LE is in possession of enough evidence to show one or the other Grammys, or both, are responsible for Gus's death.

They both appear to be lying liars that lie.
