Excluding GBC, do we have any theories on who was the last person to see ABC alive? Was she seen by anyone after she left the hairdresser? I don't recall anything in the media reports?

All we have been able to verify ActusReus is the hairdresser.

It is one of the niggling elements of this case that I wish we could find some answers to. As far as I am aware we know nothing of the location and activities of ABC or GBC from after the Cross Country event at 11am. The next verified time is ABC at the hairdresser finishing around 7pm, so probably a 5 or 5.30 appointment. There has been some speculation that GBC was at the Coles at Kenmore that evening and his credit card was rejected, but as far as I know that is it.

Well, frankly, I find it very tasteless that any polly would sit around writing such stuff, much less putting forward brazen & incorrect opinions/assumptions.

Oh, LMFAO, a Councillor from Ipswich, and a Solicitor at that, say no more, say no more! Hardly a politician, lmafao ......

Not knowing the man personally all I can state is his CV looks pretty impressive, and he has been a councillor for over 30 years, so I guess most people like him and he must have many contacts.
Not sure why his blog upsets you, I have no idea if his assumptions are correct or not

No, Kenmore Village is about 1km up the road from Kenmore Plaza - which is where I believe that Allison had her hair coloured and cut.

Is my mind working overtime? I have this picture of Gerard on my laptop - blown up for closer inspection. I just hope my hubby doesn't find it!

I've got a few photos on my computer - a couple with the basket of clothes showing what looks like either a birthmarl or a scab near the elbow, and a lump on the other arm. There could be some faint red marks as well.

Then there is one where he is in a car on the mobile phone - photo taken through the window. I darkened the pic slightly and you can see a welt on his face going down from his right eye, like a very deep scratch which has caused it to thicken, plus on one hand and near the wrist you can see lots of red marks, on the top of the hand and wrist. Looks to me the type of marks you'd get if someone had grabbed your hands and was trying to pull on them or something like that. But I can't post them unless i get them hosted, I might try to work out how to do that but might not be tonight.

Re the hairdressers - the person who posted this said the salon was in Kenmore Tavern Plaza. I can't remember a hairdresser there, I remember thinking this when it was mentioned - unless there is one along the side opposite Maccas?

sorry Kiwi50, but if you have lived in Brisbane for the last twenty years or so you know that Paul Tully can sensationalize things. He is a career politician, but he is not above pulling stunts to get noticed.

On the other hand though, his constituents either love him or hate him and he often seems to take up the case of the battler

Some people like him, some dislike him. Yes - his posts are not 100% accurate, but I think he is just trying to give people hope that the murdering scum that did this will be brought to justice. I like to think there is some truth in what he says.

if the rumour is correct (i think i believe it) re allisons hair apt at 7pm and the police timeline re her body dumping possibility of 8pm, does that mean that between 7pm and 8pm were the last time anybody saw or heard from allison alive except gerard?
also if you were to kill someone what would be the significance of the time you gave police of your last sighting of victim?
was 10pm the time given because that would fit in with forensics approx time of death if the body was ever found, and not implicate you because you already stated you didnt see her after 10?
was she killed just after 10pm around the time of the loud argument and the rest of the time spent disposing of her and cleaning up and getting alibis sorted, checking the computer etc?
if it was an accidental death a normal person would call an ambulance, gerard seems normal, just an average person,not a psychopath, if he did it accidentally why didnt he call an ambulance?
it would take nerves of steel for an average person to hide a crime like this, so im wondering if it was pre planned

INitially it was supposed to be a lady from the office that was last to see her.

Then it came to light that the last to see her was a hairdresser (she left the hairdresser at 7pm)

Someone has recently come in and said that both Allison and Gerard were at a rstaurants and people saw them have an argument and leave.

The last person to have phone text contact was Kerry Anne Walker.

Yes, I lived in Ipswich for the first 28 years of my life. People do either hate or love him. I don't care one way or the other about him... I just think certain people who had no idea who he even was shouldn't make a judgement so quickly. At least he is keeping it out there, keeping it in the news, when we have so little to go on, hey?

OMG,I now exist...my name has come up. As I said earlier,I have no idea what I am doing , with this computer...yet the main reason is for Allison and her babies...Allison no longer has a voice,and I will not give up.... Also, I clearly recall seeing Allison's profile someplace, with her degree in Psychology next to her name. I have since seen that she isn't a psychologist. Which is correct?

I've not read of anything which confirms DV...that was mentioned in the very first thread by another member.

Just thinking about the rumour...

IF it was a rumour...how far do we go with these rumours??...as there was also mention of "pushed down stairs"..."broken leg"...

This has made me wonder about a broken neck. Could Allison have been pushed down the stairs??...the house looks like a high-set house with stairs at the front.

Would a broken neck be evident at first inspection when police stated "no sign of foul play"??

I think they could still be waiting for the results of more forensic testing. By all accounts this doesn't seem to be your usual bash and dump killing. And it appears that there may be more people that are going to be put under the spotlight. It takes time to get all of your ducks in a row.
