Love this site! Just came across it and have been reading and reading...you guys have sussed out so much info.

What I'd like to know is what was the information that made the crowd gasp in the courtroom. On the news they said "he was charged with the 3 murders, the 18 y/o's name was supressed and then the court was told something that made the family and friends gasp in shock". What could have been MORE shocking in this case?

I didn't hear that part about the gasps in the courtroom...and that is VERY interesting! Perhaps details of the brutality? I hope not, although I think we are going to hear some very disturbing details in this case.

Hi all! I'm new as well and was going to ask the same question as Sleuthilicious. It must have been something very disturbing (even more disturbing than the actual murders, if that's possible) and something the family wasn't aware of before the court appearance.

does anyone know if the accussed really went to the shrine at the harriet street house? and was filmed by media being consoled by other grieving friends, then that footage was on tv? the video has been removed now from all news websites that had had that video online

Adelaide Now reported that there was a large amount of blood in the house and some police officers investigating the scene had visibly baulked when entering the front door.

I wonder what would make seasoned cops baulk at the scene? What did this sick f*** do? I actually dread finding that out.

It was probably either the fact that he provided an 'alibi', or it was some gruesome details about the crime.

It is looking as though this family crossed paths with the most evil of predators.
If it wasn't them it was going to be someone else.

I'm sorry, but this boy just looks like a goofy kid...hard to imagine he's capable of such horror. Then again, Bundy and Dahmer didn't look capable either.

When I told my girlfriend yesterday that his name was {mod edit}, she told me she couldn't believe it. She knew him through Facebook and she thought he wouldn't have been capable of murder.

I guess he suppressed his emotions and let them bottle up.

It was in the early days of the investigation first video showing grieving friends at the shrine...but not that part of the footage has been removed from all websites.

i cant see any other reason for deleting that 20 second part of the video.

did anyone else see the grieving friends on the news videos in the early days too??
