Does anyone know if its at all possible to view deleted facebook profiles via a cached history somehow?

I noticed someone in the previous thread posted a link to {mod edit} the alleged suspect cached facebook page, and if the same could be done for Chantelles deleated page

obviously it depends on how he pleads but locally i cant remember a case that drags out forever. Lets just pray that they have the right guy, he pleads guilty and saves the court system alot of time and $$$$$.

Very good point. As you say he will have to live with it forever, this has ruined many lives.

It seems to be such a senseless and brutal crime, yet one that has impacted so many.

If it was stashed at their house they would have found it by now. Its a far too obvious place to hide something. He would have easily left blood on the ceiling/around manhole cover etc.

I didn't necessarily mean his house.

I have a question, how long generally does it take if one is arrested to go to trial? Is it like the USA like 1 to 5 years?

The trial date is February 3

Well we had a debate about it, but I know with cached pages usually you only get the front page, the links etc wont work....to find it copy and paste the exact address link into google. I just tried a search using her name and FB but couldn't find it...

Based on what others have posted here I get the impression that he is building a not guilty case. If he is the guy then I hope that he is declared insane. At least with insanity pleas they actually can spend a life in confinement, never to be unleashed again on the public. As far as I am aware, the' life' penalty for most states is 20-25 years (not sure if SA is different) and even though he may have killed 3 people, those sentences will likely be served concurrently. If that is the case then he could be out when he is 38-42, and armed with contacts and know how from the prison system.

I really do hate our judicial system, limp wristed judges seem the rule the day, and even those judges who want to do the right thing are bound by legislation that often dictates maximum terms.

And agree with you about the personality and the question, why didn't anyone at his work report his injuries...it seems that two people saw these cuts, that stuck out as very odd when mentioned earlier!

Do we know if he actually removed his jumper at work? I only read that he was teased for wearing one at work when it was hot and i didnt read that he in the end removed it at work, but i may have missed that bit. If he did remove it at work and workmates did see the cuts and didnt report it, the reason being that they may not have not have even considered he could have been the killer, it sounds like all the closest people who knew him thought no way on earth could he do such a thing. No body thinks or considers a close friend or workmate could be a murderer. When i did my apprenticeship we had to wear overalls all year round for protection even if it was a hot day, it was just part of the rules. Also being a mechanic it is certainly not uncommon to cut your self or graze your self, epecially if your working on cars or trucks, leaning over in engine bays or working under neath them or what ever, ive done it many times. So that’s why the co workers may not have put 2 and 2 together.

Rest assured he can get life without parole for murder in South Australia, he can also serve consecutive sentences and get another life sentence for rape if that is proven...they may even be able to heap on a few more charges to those.

I am glad to hear that. I wish the rest of Australia had the same policy. The person responsible for this crime should never be allowed to walk free in society again.

I just wanted to let you all know some things I found in my searches. This information has all been released in the media and appears to be mostly taken from direct quotes. I wanted to recap it here, as I believe there is some false information floating around. The information mainly relates to questions I would be interested in finding answers to.

I stated previously that I thought a machete or samurai sword was used. I read that information in the previous thread, but I don't think that is correct. Police and SES have been searching for a knife, and asked residents to also look out for a knife. Sorry if I helped in fuelling that rumour.

I am also questioning the details regarding the posing of CR. It was implied that it was done in a vengeful manner, but is it possible that this has also been inflamed by rumour? A Senior Detective stated that police could not confirm that it was a triple murder until they spoke to the pathologist who confirmed the presence of an unknown males DNA; and that this was a complex crime scene. To me this implies that it initially appeared that one of the victims could have been responsible. Were the bodies posed to make it appear that way? Is this where the posing of the body comes from?

I also discovered that RR was not a Mayoral hopeful as claimed here, it was the gentleman making a statement about her that was running for Mayor. RR was unemployed.

Where does the Harley fit in? According to a neighbour, it is only there every now and then, but it is in the crime scene pictures. So who owns it, and where are they? Could it be the initial suspect owns it?

They only very recently moved into the house, in fact CR had only moved in the Wednesday before they were killed. I found it interesting that they recently moved, and the intial suspect came from the same area where they used to live. I'm curious as to why he was a suspect.

Alarms were triggered at a nearby school, but security guard said police had not contacted him...curious as to whether this has since been checked out.

It appears the surviving family member called his boss to check on the family, it was he who made the discovery.

All family members had defensive wounds and all were in separate areas of the house. This is not to say they were all killed in separate areas, but it just says their bodies were found in separate areas.

It was RR that was heard screaming. I think this same neighbour also reported seeing the silver Magna that 4 men with shaved heads got into earlier in the evening.

Police said it was the LandCruiser that led to the association with the alleged suspect...so who owns it?...and who was driving it??

...and who is H (womans name associated with Christmas)? It was her house over the back that was searched, I thought this was where JD lived, but that doesn't appear to be the case as you are saying his home was a fair distance away??

Thanks mum73.
A lot of research went into that post. First class result.

Thanks! I can't stop checking this one out...something just doesn't add up.

I'm sorry, but I'm confused. I've never heard of the four men with shaved heads in a silver magna...where did they come from? Obviously they would be easy to identify....?

The home a fair way away is his mothers we found the address via white pages, did he not live with his mum, that is possible...I think the machete was also mentioned about the tipster who gave us the crime scene info and does fit in with the slash marks on his arm...we will have to see. And yes, maybe the alleged suspect tried to set it up to appear as if AR had done the murder then committed suicide?

I think the four shaved heads silver magna is just not connected. The alleged suspect did this on his own no two ways about it, DNA, cut marks et al.
