In a small town they're sure to find the owner quickly (as long as it's a local).

I hope so. :please:

I just have the feeling that they would have dropped Chloe at the showgrounds, pointed her way home to her (or maybe not even that), and hightailed it out of town.

But the police sure as heck know something specific ... if they are looking for a specific vehicle, and looking for something specific on CCTV footage (presumably from around town).

I wonder if Chloe was sedated and kept in the Commodore stationwagon? If so, wherever it was parked, say in the driveway of a house/business, nobody else may have even realised she was inside.

Has anything come of the report from the neighbour who saw someone hanging around the house the night Chloe disappeared?

Who punched him? was he trying to get information his own way? Don't blame him if he was.

So many people are picking their lifestyle to bits. This was the kind of lifestyle I lived as a kid. It was a great lifestyle. Then suburbia developed around us and it was no longer the country.

They live in outback Queensland which is different to suburbia. They would not be the only people living in a 2 bedroom house. Yes some of us also slept in the lounge. Couches that pull out at night to make a bed.

Having people over for a drink is nothing new. Not much else to do there.
Also I had a daughter who went to sleep every night on the couch. Had to wait until she was really out to it before carrying her into her bed. MOO

ETA All six of us kids went on to have a good education and careers. All own their own homes as do all the grandchildren. Yes we would have been looked down on too.

BBM - Don't think he went looking, this guy has approached him yelling.

A number of locals said he was approached by another male who was yelling.

The witnesses said Garth Campbell exchanged words with the man, who then ‘knocked him out’.

About time - but it's good to see.

It looks like that photo was taken with the one just a bit earlier, but dad was cropped out or not included the frame. Maybe the media's just focused more on mum for the "human interest" factor.

Thinking about the biffo yesterday...

Dad's fingered someone for the abduction or on the other hand, someone's fingered Dad for it. In a small town, it was bound to happen.

Someone took this child. Someone local (I believe) has lured her from the house for reasons unknown. Given Dad is adamant she was taken by someone known to them is telling. I believe Dad knows exactly why she was taken. And I believe he is doing the right thing and assisting Police with whatever information he has.

Far out cant believe she was walking around in a carpark not long before being reported missing.

I have no idea what is in those grainy CCTV footage, I wouldnt be any good investigating. But I did notice on GC's face what looked to me as bruises. MOO

It shows two adults walking through a car park with what appears to be a young child around 6.20am on Thursday – the day Chloe was reported missing.

Hey Marg ... it's all good. I think we've all learned a big lesson here. No matter who you are, no matter how you live, as long as your children are fed, schooled, played with, loved, hugged, and protected, then everything is okay.

Chloe's parents love for their children knows no bounds. It is limitless, and there is not a thing they wouldn't have done to find their beloved Chloe - including upsetting interviews, appearing on TV in shattered tears, exposing themselves to the world and any consequences, admitting any oversights ('I didn't check the windows'), involving the whole world in finding their child - that says it all to me.

There is a lot of high drama around the family, I think that's what people mean most of all when they talk about lifestyle changes which would be beneficial.

Something put this young child in danger, as unexpected as it may have been. Hopefully everyone is more aware now that small innocent children are not exempt from the consequences of things beyond their control, and any changes that may need to be made are put into place - whatever they may be.

IF the dad is so sure that it was someone who knew him that did this, and it certainly seems that way, then he needs to think about who his associates are imo. Hopefully, he already now realises this. IF this is the case.

I'm pretty sure Chloe is holding Gnarly in this new photo!! Can someone please post it? I'm unable to on my phone. Thanks.

Gosh she looks like her little body is trying to overcome the effects of something to me. I remember going through that when I had surgery on my wrist. I slept off all the anesthesia and the meds they gave me, before the anesthesia and again after the surgery, for a whole 2 days! I hope she is just tired from her ordeal, or was given something at the hospital, and not drugged by whoever had her.

Has Chloe looked like that the entire day?
Was she sedated by drs at the hospital?

Or was she drugged by kidnappers?

IMHOO I wonder if she was kidnapped, maybe molested then returned home? :( :(
I hope and pray she is ok.
