If you have a look at the archive of thenewcall.org from Aug 18, 2007 all the contact info has been removed and left with Contact Webmaster, the maito for this is [email protected]. Previous to this it had their Nannup PO Box and gateway group link. Unable to find anything for that email as yet, some reverse searching hasnt shown anything yet.
EDIT
the email is linked to this Twitter page https://twitter.com/steve_hit so not sure if he owned the company hosting the website or he created it for them
Hi it actually says [email protected] HLT not HIT

Further entering the Amazon jungle, all copies for sale of his old paperback are all in USA. His links to USA look strong, with known followers. If you check the reviews for the kindle version of his book Servers of the Divine Plan most reviews around 2003 are kind of interesting. They all have just the one book review each. I can't rule out that some of these reviewers aren't his followers and were directed to leave a review. I wonder if any committed suicide.

A Seeker is there too, back in 2003, and there again in 2017. Let's ask Amazon who this A Seeker is.

Just for reference his publisher Esoteric Publishing made this statement after discovering information about the author
: In a statement on his website, Mr Mitchell (Brett Mitchell, owner of the publishing company) confirmed Mr Kadwill was the author of Servers of the Divine Plan and said the book would be immediately pulled from publication.

I’d say all stock is old stock or second hand but I don’t think anyone’s making money from it now.

What an odd case, I wonder if the news of the plane crash derailed their plans somehow? We don't know the exact date they all seemingly *vanished*, right?

And also they reported they couldn't sleep? It strikes me as potentially trying to reach the 5th plane of existence in a hurry or the doomed flight scared them off. Maybe they gave up on the material world and Simon put them all under protection or hiding somewhere off grid.

Hi all. I read the inquest in full, and was completely entranced by it, devouring all the media reports and forum discussions on this case, which has led me here and to joining Websleuths!

Earlier on this thread there was some discussion about Simon's family back in the UK.

His name is correctly spelt Garry Felton. His birth was registered in the March quarter of 1962 (tying to his 15 Jan birthdate) in West Ham.

There is a marriage record in 1987 in Kensington & Chelsea to a lady with a Yoruban name (i.e. likely from Nigeria or nearby). This needs further research to determine if this is the correct Garry.

Garry's parents had married in 1961 in West Ham, when his mother was 18. His brother was born in 1970 in Bexley. The inquest states this brother was last known to be living in Canada. Garry's father still lives in Erith as of 2024.

Now, a bit of an interesting one: Garry's allegedly abusive mother, Jacqueline, died in 2007, and her death was registered in the September quarter of that year. This means she died in July, August or September of 2007 - and we know July 2007 is our seminal date here.

I wonder if Garry had heard the news of his allegedly abusive mother's death (or her imminent death), sparking some mental crisis/the straw that broke the camel's back/the sign it was time to ascend?

Coincidence or maybe something more?

Has anyone considered the possibility that Chantelle could have left Simon for good with the aid of another female? I relistened to the Casefile episode on this case, and I had no idea about the detail of a mysterious woman who had called up the puppy customer asking how she knows Chantelle and the nature of their relationship etc a couple of days before she and her daughter vanished. Could it have been due to a possible escape plan?

The mysterious caller has never been identified either, and also Tony Popic had no kids at the time of his disappearance so he could've easily started over being a single man while Chantelle could have fled to another remote commune with Leela that Simon had no knowledge about? I know she was more outgoing than him and the residents/locals of Nannup preferred Chantelle a whole lot better than Simon, and they also knew how controlling Simon was of her and Leela.

I'm more inclined to believe they would've helped her had she given any indication she wanted to leave or wasn't happy...or the day of judgment was drawing near...I wish we knew all the people they had on their contacts list near their telephone or some way to trace that caller

On Australia ABC online, ABC Listen Expanse , The Nannup Four; Episode One; The People In the Blue House.

Host Dominique Bayens discuss and interviewed family and people who knew/met Chantelle, Leela , Simon Mcdougall and Tony Popic.
Episode One was released this week.
Currently listening to First Episode, it does give some new insight about the case.

Had my understanding Partner help me put up the link to the Podcast to share, first time I had done this, fingers crossed it works. MODS I hope this allowed can be a verify information.

There is some new information that I did not know about and there is a lot more in the podcast Episode, weeks before the disappearances, next Door neighbours being interviewed ,spoke of the family car, driven by Simeon going down the driveway at late returning few hours later, was happening, they thought they were growing something illegal did not want to get involved. They also made note that this was unusual behaviour of Simeon as he did not like going anywhere
Hearing this, IMO, it sounds they were setting up a camp in the bush to live off grid. No Brazil.
Or stay in the bush to prepare them by staying there in rough conditions to be ready to live the rough conditions when they traveled to Brazil.
When the news of the Plane Crash happened could the campsite could ended up a worse and tragic situation.
Or could it had already been planed for something for people to vanish. IMO
From the Podcast, Chantelle former Mother's Group Member (Play Group )Dianna Abbot was interviewed, Chantille visited a She mentioned from Mother Group talks they gathered from talk how Chantelle was left to make choices and raising Leela, Simeon had no interest. Chantelle and Leela visited a few months as it was a home school support group as well. Interveiwee gave I loved how Leela described full of energy, cute Rocket in a pocket, gave an insight into Chantelle and Leela loving relationship
Chantelle arranged with the Mother a Play Date with their two children, at Chantelle's House. On arrival Chantelle explained the rules to them they had to make little noise as possible not to disturb Simeon. During the visit ,she did met Simeon briefly and also Tony.
Hearing this, IMO only renforced, my Opinion that Simeon was very controlling behaviour and more dangerous than I first thought.
Simeon calls Dianna that night informing her the Chantelle has End Of Time Syndrome. she afraid to go or do anything as the world going to end. IMO Simeon was planting ideas that Chantelle was unbalanced.
Soon afterwards Chantelle and Leela stop atending , no phone call none thing. IMO Simeon stop them from going, few months later they left the house in Nannup.
IMO, One Theory I am starting look at Simeon that the disappearance of all four of them was a long term plan.

I've also tried putting some of those reviewers names into google where I had enough info to find their real name.

Dr. Scott Mandelker is basically a more popular Gary from San Francisco. Big into UFO conspiracy nuttery with his book released in 2000. He now hosts a podcast called The Law of One. And his website has a nice biography complete with photo

Valeriano Tora is very interesting. The profile pauldking saw was this one by a woman who claims to be 62 years old and from Rome. There is another profile with the same name also from Rome giving all her reviews in Italian. Now this could just be a complete coincidence and mean nothing but the English review of Gary's book is incredibly well written. I'm confident it was written by a native English speaker or someone who was so fluent in English that they could pass off as a native speaker. But the Italian profile gives all her reviews in Italian seemingly never venturing off the Italian version of the website. One review for sandals mentions the sandals were great for her grandson which definitely fits someone who would be about 75 from the dates of the reviews. So if these are the same person why the two accounts with just a single review in very fluent English on one account?

There seems to be a Kathy Schreiber-Clark who works in education in Texas who may be the kathy schreiber from Llano, Texas on Amazon. She seems very much alive so if it is the same person they probably no longer subscribe to Gary's nutty ideas.

There is an obituary for a Cynthia Castle of Texas aged 59 who died in August 2014. The description sounds like someone who might be into exploring something like Gary's weird ideas but I have no way of confirming if this is the same person who left the Amazon review. 59 is on the young side but as it's so long after the other suicides linked to Gary's cult if this is the same Cynthia then I don't think it has anything to do with it.

The craziest one of all is Mr Seeker. The account paul refers to is a seeker with emphasis on lower case letters. This profile comes from Eureka, CA and has a single review. The A Seeker I referred to in my last post is this account which doesn't give out any location details. I wonder if this is the same person or someone slightly different.

I wonder if some of these "one and done" accounts were Gary using the names of his followers to make fake reviews to sell his book? Possibly even using a well-known tinfoil guy like Mandelker to add some legitimacy to it?

It's also kind of weird that if A Seeker is Gary, that he should still be promoting his book. If he went overseas he's hardly likely to resume his same con he'd be found really easily that way. And with all the copies of his book on Amazon being used copies mostly from second hand bookshops, it's not like the money from these sales is gonna go back into his pocket so he'd have no reason to be promoting his old nuttery imo
They all could have saved a few bucks by visiting this website where they host the text in full. Also, (and uncannily), the person running the site updates in such a way that it's almost as if 'she' actually wrote it!
