Not unless it was in the last week or so. There'd be too many non police officers involved in the searching, recovery, transport, the morgue etc etc, for such a fact not to become common knowledge after a while.
Other things yeah, because not so many outsiders would know.

Well thats more to what I was assuming, I know BE is due back in court not this Wednesday but the following......It's almost been a year since his arrest and he still has not entered a plea which kinda says theres a little more than this than meets the eye to the average fellow like myself, however I know nothing about the judicial process or court procedures, but I would have thought that if you were entirely innocent you would at least have had your attorney issue a statement asap. since the arrest I would imagine the western Australia police force would be doing everything to tighten their case with all the current evidence and new evidence that may have attained I thought as the day comes closer to BE having to enter a plea now might be the time his attorney might negotiate a deal which includes him escorting police to the remains of SS. I really hope all families affected receive closure, will be looking forward to what happens next in regards to the court procedure and wether or not BE pleads guilty
