A South Australian man found guilty of the cold case killing of his wife 47 years ago has died in custody from cancer before he could be sentenced for his crime.

Not guilty of first degree murder, but guilty of manslaughter.

Verdict still feels like a travesty, but according to my beliefs, he’s in the hands of a justice system that works better than the one he escaped.
