Is the timeline for the accused movements from Monday night through to Wednesday morning known? I just can't wrap my head around why he wouldn't dispose of the bodies straight away and would be driving with bodies in the vehicle for so long.
Sounds sick alright, if he took the weapon back to the police station, it means he stopped there with dead bodies in the van, going off the suggested chain of events, I think the bodies were buried or in water Monday night.I wonder if he was intending to be caught all along and this whole thing is just a sick game to him. The idea of him burying them somewhere remote and then making it look like he dumped them in a body of water to waste time did cross my mind. He was so pissed at his ex he might take real joy from all this, like one big sick show, everyone is a prop, like in a Hollywood movie where he would stalk real life movie stars. <modsnip>
New information. After the press conference leaving the impression that there was no action taken about the 000 call, this says there was.

Police sent car after triple-zero call from alleged murder victim’s phone
Police sent a car searching for the source of the triple-zero call, but because it was registered to Davies’ home in Waterloo, patrolled Paddington without specific information to go on.www.smh.com.au
I'm surprised that it's only been a week, and it's already being referred to as a potential "botched investigation." Are they thinking they'll never find the bodies? Seems like they're doing alright. The POI is already in custody.I wonder if his family and colleagues are helping with that. imo. What kind of investigation mistakes can have your case thrown out here in Oz?
Yes, I'm with you.Is it just me but I can’t see how this investigation has been “botched”? I get that there are issues with the perp and the service weapon but what about with the investigation?
They only split up 2 months ago. It was in an article I read yesterday. That is some intense planning in just 2 month"s time. It must've been all he thought about, day and night.I also believe that Lamarre is much smarter than he appears. From fragmentary information, his plan becomes apparent. First, he had been nurturing a revenge plan for months, monitoring Luke and Jesse, and carefully choosing the best time of day to strike. He opted for a busy morning when everyone is occupied and reluctant to interrupt even if they hear gunshots. It worked; none of the neighbours reacted.
Furthermore, his movements around the city may seem chaotic on the surface, but they are undoubtedly calculated to throw off any trails and create a confusing picture. Currently, the police are searching for bodies in the ponds on the farm. Maybe that's what he wanted? He knew the police would trace what he bought and who he came with. He intentionally left a multitude of traces, none leading to the crime victims.
It's entirely possible that he rented two vans, using one to roam the city aimlessly and the other to transport the bodies, disposing of them in the ocean - a place teeming with sharks. The police are fixated on one van and the farm with the ponds. It would be the perfect place to hide the bodies if he didn't shoot his victims but quietly poisoned them. I hope I'm wrong. It's so unfortunate for the guys - so young, beautiful, and happy... IMHO.
I would've thought that the event would be inclusive, but what do I know. Apparently you need a special invitation.![]()
'We need space to grieve': Mardi Gras details decision to uninvite NSW Police
NSW Police says it is "disappointed" at the decision to withdraw its invitation to march at Saturday's parade — one Mardi Gras organisers say was "not made lightly".www.sbs.com.au
I think it's totally fair to ask the police not to attend this time. It's only been a week, and I can't imagine the community will want to march with an entity investigating themselves for an officer suspected of a double murder, no matter who the victims may have been.I would've thought that the event would be inclusive, but what do I know. Apparently you need a special invitation.

TV star Jesse Baird's final text to celeb cop accused of murdering him
Police have described Baird's relationship with Lamarre-Condon as an 'off and on' romance that ended before Baird began dating flight attendant Luke Davies.www.dailymail.co.uk
Jesse Baird was never in a relationship with his alleged murderer Beau Lamarre-Condon, says a close friend - who insists the celebrity chaser-turned-cop was infatuated with the Studio 10 presenter and wouldn't take no for an answer.
However, Corey-Dean Thorpe, a good friend of Mr Baird's who was previously in a relationship with him for five years, told Daily Mail Australia this was not true.
He said Lamarre-Condon had feelings for Mr Baird that were not reciprocated, and that Baird was eventually forced to end their friendship when the serving NSW Police officer posted videos on Instagram falsely suggesting they were a couple.
Last November, Mr Thorpe even assisted Mr Baird in drafting a text message to Lamarre-Condon telling the senior constable he had overstepped the boundaries of their friendship and they should no longer see each other.
The text concluded: 'I would appreciate it if you could refrain from contacting me.'

I wonder how he had a key to the house, I find that odd if they were not in a relationship. Unless he took a set of the keys without permission and had them cut when they were friends at the time. This makes sense. I found it hard to believe he was ever in a relationship with that creep.
He looks really unhappy and trapped. The photo reminds of the one of Katherine Knight and her boyfriend/ future victim.![]()
