Haha ... no, I am missing something. Sorry.

So, it took two years after Karen's murder to start liquidation of Warrant Brands. Borce may have known that liquidation was eventually going to happen (ASIC works slowwwwww), so he started siphoning off the income to his new company.

This whole thing smells of Borce trying hard to keep as much money for himself as he possibly could.

I was under the impression Envirovision was set up before Karen was murdered.
How can we find the shareholders in Envirovision.? Was Karen’s name anywhere?
I could only find a $40 charge from ASIC.

Well, we can't be absolutely positive ... but I feel pretty sure.

But in December 2015, Mr Ristevski started Envirovision and named himself the director. His daughter, Sarah Ristevski, was a stakeholder. There was no mention in court of Karen's involvement, if any.

Let's also not forget .....
Paperwork declaring Mr Ristevski had taken over from his wife as the sole director of Warrant Brands, which is linked to her Bella Bleu fashion label, was filed with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission in March.

Mr Curtin said Envirovision became effective on July 1, 2016, "for some reason" and "basically took on sales revenue from the shop".

So it sounds like the company was just sitting there, doing nothing, until immediately after Karen's death. Perhaps the usual mechanisms couldn't operate without Karen's signature or confirmation that she was dead. Borce wouldn't have wanted shop money going into an account he couldn't withdraw from, perhaps for several years. And there was Envirovision sitting handy, which he'd fortuitously invented a half-year before.

Yes, Borce set up the company in Dec 2015.
It started officially 'trading' (doing what??) on 1 July 2016.

I think he knew exactly what he was trying to do, that he worked on this slowly but surely since Dec 2015. Every lodgement and company formation costs $$$. Not usually done on a whim.

... and I think the forensic accountant could not think of a legal reason for such actions and manoeuvres.

I take it that the ASIC form only registers the change and there is some other document the signing of which legally makes the change. It doesn't make sense that someone who was neither director, secretary, or shareholder can take over as director and secretary on his signature alone. There must be another document with Karen's signature or its forgery. I can't imagine why she'd do that though, why give sole control of her business to another person?

TGY, I have always thought debt on the house was a partial murder motive.
I’m looking at doing some searches on ownership, mortgage, possible caveats, sales history etc. I don’t mind paying but just double checking that no one else done the same.

Premeditated according to routine? Yes, easier to clean up thoroughly in there.

Perhaps Karen showered at around the same time each work morning. Perhaps after Sarah went to work on each of her own work mornings. A person can be very vulnerable while taking a shower.

Judging by the timeline given, I would think that the police have established that Karen's last verifiable contact with anyone outside the household ended at 8:58am.
And I think they have established that Borce left the house in Karen's vehicle at 10:43am.
With Sarah's lack of cooperation, I believe that the police timeline is based on other evidence and statements rather than Borce and Sarah's statements.

Let’s look at the benefits before you spend your money.
I think it would show all owners including the mortgagors.
The block was purchased for $125,000 March 1994.
I can’t recall when the house was built IIRC it was around Sarah’s birth.
