Hi All - newbie here, but have been a regular visitor to WS for many years.

I just thought I'd share some thoughts and opinions ... apologies in advance if any have been expressed previously.

1. SR cries, but no tears are visible in available images/videos. She appears to know more, in my opinion. She has stressed that it's just "me, my dad and mom" - mom mentioned last. It must be tough for a singleton, lets hope she is not at risk of losing her dad too.

2. You don't forget a 2.5 hr trip made on the day your wife disappears, especially if you are serious about assisting police investigations. It doesn't match with the image of husband and daughter making a public appeal for info re KR. You want info re KR, yet you hold back vital info ?????

3. Further, once you have reported a missing person, allow police to carry out their investigation. Its not required for you to check with neighbours if their cctv captured KR, unless, what you really wanted to know is if they captured you driving her car around the said time of disappearance. Perhaps when this was ascertained in the negative, BR forgot about his 2.5 hr journey on the day, assuming it wont be detected, and desisted from telling it to the investigators.

4. I feel VR knows the truth too, or an inkling, hence the late mention of must have travelled overseas on a fake passport. Im not sure how this could have been possible with biometrics used at immigration at all Australian ports of entry/exit and especially if KR had travelled frequently as has been stated then hers would be on record under her real name.

5. I think AR is in on it too, also given the portrayal of "i'm an ice addict" and "I need money to go to rehab" etc. On his FB pictures there is one of a cheque to him dated 8.8.2016 for $1600/- which he says is from playing pokies. I am slow to believe a hardcore ice addict would spend his money on pokies instead of drugs. It just doesnt add up. Also BRs nephew has said that KR and BR had given him cars before and money too, but to no avail. Could AR have a bigger gambling addiction than drugs issues?

6. Any discussion, heated, ballistic or otherwise, re the days takings/finances would have been discussed the same day at evening/night on returning home, and not the next day in the morning. I think the eve of KRs reported disappearance is important more than the said day morning.

7. In my opinion, the only person I trust in this entire scenario is PG, the spokesperson for the fam at the time. I am inclined to take her seriously when she states that KR "may have been murdered and discarded like a piece of rubbish", after all she has access to all the Rs. I am keen to see how her relationship with the Rs pan out and if she distances herself from them or vice versa.

I posted back thread that a loose connection or corrosion can cause it. So, I guess it's possible. Where in the hell would he hit a bump hard??

A fire trail or a dirt road?

In some models it's as simple as a float .... Which a bump doesn't fix.... I think that's pre 2004 though.
You are quite right though... Where are there any bumps on the Calder freeway?
It stinks if you ask me.... Why pick then? It's been broken for a while, why then?
Full of s*^%t IMO

I'm a newbie too Sez, hi, I also agree that whatever happened, happened before the morning of the 29th. Good points.

Missing Melbourne woman Karen Ristevski shared in a $360,000 inheritance from her father months before she went missing

Mrs Ristevski and her brother, who has asked not to be identified, were beneficiaries of her *father’s will, after he died in *December 2014, leaving the pair as the only people to benefit from the estate.

An application for the will was approved by the Victorian *Supreme Court in May last year, but it is not clear when Mrs Ristevski received her share. Sources close to the family believe proceeds were distributed early this year but lawyer George James Bouhalis, who has long acted for Mrs Ristevski and her husband Borce, said the money was paid before the end of 2015.

She was angry but after some yelling and a lap of the stairs her mood had modified.

JLZ this.

I've always had a spooky suspicion about the stairs.

Mrs Ristevski disappeared from the family’s home in Avondale Heights, in Melbourne’s northwest, on June 29. Her husband claimed she left the house at 10am after an argument about money.

Follow the money...

Her father is deceased so who was Karen borrowing from? Another porky.

Karen could have had some inheritance left and that's what was meant she was borrowing from her father- thus her father's inheritance

People hate it when they know you've got money & they want some of it. Look at the hangers on she was carrying!

Borce? No real employment to speak of.
Sarah? Still a student? That's a huge expense.
What a dead weight AR must have been.

I'm seeing Karen loved her business, her baby. If she wanted to bolster her baby then it's her choice.

Your neighbouring shops become family who you say 'how's your day been'? Quiet or slow, it's a safety in numbers mentality. Some customers become regulars and come in for a friendly hello, a joke or perhaps a cuppa.

I'm seeing she loved getting out to see normal people.

Sources close to the family reportedly believe Ms Ristevski received the money this year, but their family lawyer told the newspaper the money was paid prior to 2015.

Court documents show the 47-year-old mother and her brother applied on May 6 last year to obtain probate of the will and the application was approved within two weeks.

Ms Ristevski’s father, Joseph Williams, reportedly died aged 78 with an estate of $368,492.

Williams will, written in 1993, reportedly left his estate to his wife but after she died, his assets were to be converted to cash and split between Ms Ristevski and her brother.

Wow. What the heck is going on?!

Karen receives an inheritance in late 2015 - about 6 months before her disappearance.
Borce takes over as Director of Warrant Brands in February 2016 - about 4 months before Karen's disappearance.

I have always presumed that a volatile incident happened, unplanned, that led to Karen's disappearance.
Now I am starting to wonder about the 'unplanned' part.
Is there life insurance, too? I guess we'll need to wait until The Australian finds out.

Previous article:
On March 21 this year, the company’s accountant filed paperwork recording Mr Ristevski had replaced his wife as director on February 23. Ms Ristevski remains the shareholder. Mr Ristevski certified the information in the form was “true and complete”.

That is a good question. Is there a life insurance policy? If a body isn't found, when would a life insurance policy pay out? And if BR is named an official suspect in his wife's disappearance in an active investment, I don't see him getting it....
