The poster here said it was a really dark color ?

I was replying to someone saying that there hadn't been any pictures of his hand. The paper said it was blue and swollen - not me.

These are the only pic's I've seen in MSM that either mentioned or showed his hand being bruised - It only looks dark in one of the pic's, the others don't look dark at all.

The bandaged hand pic on SM doesn't look dark either, you can only see a small part of his thumb.

Yes I agree.

What would he go bankrupt from? He had no business, he was a director or Karen's Company - recently transferred. Bankrupts can't be Directors of a Company..

If you have given away or sold assets for less than their value prior to bankruptcy, the trustee may either recover these assets (that is, take possession of them and deal with them) or the difference between the true value of the asset and the amount you received for it.

https://www.afsa.gov.au/debtors/bankruptcy/bankruptcy-overview/assets

A director can indeed go bankrupt!

I've seen it happen all the time where the spouse transfers the house over to the others name

I'm just of course speculating as to why BR would do that

ETA - just to clarify what I mean is if he was going to go bankrupt not that he has already. The debt was looming so Im sure he would have had advise to do this

If you call the radio station and ask if there is a weblink or if someone could email the file to you.

I'm confused.

I'll find the link that says Karens father died and left it all to Karens mum who then passed and must have left it to the two siblings.
If it was from her mothers estate then why doesn't MSM state that.

I know the link. As i mentioned above, it doesn't say it was divided in half, but rather both obtained a share of the $360,000.

Missing woman Karen Ristevski inherited from father

The Australian12:00AM August 30, 2016

Missing Melbourne woman Karen Ristevski shared in a $360,000 inheritance from her father months before she went missing, adding another layer of mystery to her disappearance and suspected death.

Mrs Ristevski and her brother, who has asked not to be identified, were beneficiaries of her *father’s will, after he died in *December 2014, leaving the pair as the only people to benefit from the estate.

An application for the will was approved by the Victorian *Supreme Court in May last year, but it is not clear when Mrs Ristevski received her share. Sources close to the family believe proceeds were distributed early this year but lawyer George James Bouhalis, who has long acted for Mrs Ristevski and her husband Borce, said the money was paid before the end of 2015.

Court documents lodged on May 6 last year show Mrs Ristevski and her Melbourne-based brother applied to obtain probate of the will of their father, Joseph Williams. The application, handled by Mr Bouhalis, was *approved within two weeks.

Williams, who was born in South Africa, died aged 78 with an estate of $368,492. In the will, written in 1993, Williams left the estate to his wife, Rosemary, who subsequently died. In that case, according to the will, his assets were to be converted into cash and equally divided between Mrs Ristevski and her brother, after funeral and legal expenses were paid for.

Her father requested that Mrs Ristevski keep his jewellery.

It says here equally divided .

It says here equally divided .

Thankyou. That would give the impression that the brother was not unfairly treated, and no motive in reference to this inheritance.

Wonder if this money was put into the business? Or Kept aside?

I'm just going to put this out there. All my opinion only of course. My gut tells me AR has no involvement in this nor does he know who does. There's no doubt he is a very unwell, deluded individual. However he is just way too brazen with his SM posts. He does not strike me as strong enough to not break under pressure or heavy questioning by police, nor smart enough in his current state to not trip himself up.

I wish SR would stand up and put her face out there, beg, plead and whatever else it took for information on her missing Mum. It would make me feel more at ease with where she is at in all of this.

I have jumped all over the shop with my theories on this one. To be honest, I'm now at the point where i almost think Karen has taken off and BR is in on it and just keeps throwing in curveballs. I hope I'm right. I hope she is safe somewhere.

But my opinions change daily so who knows!

Welcome Park.al. I agree with you about AR. However I don't believe that Karen has taken off. IMO she is deceased and did not commit suicide.

Not sure about SR and why she is silent. For all we know she is an apsolute mess and unable to. I could understand that.

Ive gone around in circles over this.

This from left field although its nagging me.

My opinion only,

There was no argument between KR and BR.
It was between KR and SR. Night of the 28th.

Unusual behaviour from the TV appeal brings me back to this.
