If Karen was killed sometime in the late hours of 28 June or early hours of 29 June I can't see that her killer would wait until daylight to dispose of her body. Maybe he did dispose of her body under the cover of darkness and the phone pings were picked up on the 29th when he went back to the disposal site for whatever reason.

If it happened on the evening of the 28th wouldn't it have been wiser to hide the body the same night? . . . Perhaps the trip the next day was only to dispose of phone and related stuff, maybe the weapon.

Snap JLZ! LOL.

I ask this unit because I question if it all unfolded the night before. Only my theory cause I probably (narrow mindedly) think bad things always happen after dark !

I think alot of opinions are swinging with that speculation. I mean, how can you trust what he has to say when he forgot to mention what happened 30 after she supposedly left the house. Do we create a scenario where we don't take in consideration anything BR had to say and see how that plays out?

I still think they should check the house being constructed next door. Trip up the Calder could be to ditch belongings.

Considering it was only a 1.5 hour drive for him supposibly. You would consider 45 minute drive from his house to check the body.

At the mining site... hahaha

After Karen got home from work ? Any reason 6pm ? That's quite specific

Maybe later, what time does the shop close at?

I dunno is she's there much after hours?

He could even have gone in the opposite direction to put the police off. Everything we know about times etc, is based on his statement.

5.30 I would guess unless it was a Thursday of Friday late trading night. Not sure what day of the week the 28th was or even if she worked that day so not sure on that one.

But, then why did he keep it to himself that he went out that way? Forget to mention.

I'd say 6:00pm would be about right. 5:30pm close and then Karen would have to cash-up, ie count and balance the till.

I still can't find the <bleeping> mining site! I'm sitting in my Google car at the Toorlem Vale roundabout undecided which way to go. :tantrum:

I have a very suspicious mind:thinking:

During the early hours of the 29th, whilst not on CCTV did some one on the road spot something.

Might have actually seen at close hand.

The house is sort of sitting to be seen from two angles.

These days there's a lot of people returning home from night shifts.

Intersection of roads C704 and C706, west side. Looks like a quarry system. Have a look at Google Earth. Possibly what Tappedin means.
