Yes fear and loyalty will do that. One of the most difficult things an investigator has to do is to try and break that loyalty.

I've been rabbiting on about the body language since that media interview. I said it straight up. No cryptic innuendos. Just say it!

Yes, I know you have, tgy, but the cogs in my brain turn slowly on some points. Also, I have been sleuthing a lot of different avenues to do with Karen's background and her disappearance. Some have gone back years and every connection has had to be looked at. Quite a task and a lot for this old brain box to handle, along with another missing person and a very full life at the moment.

How do you know Karen wanted to leave? That little tidbit came from AR and I personally don't believe a thing he says. Do you? By all accounts Karen's family have said that Karen and Borce were happy together. I would tend to believe them over AR any day. It seems to me that people are trying to fit a square peg in a round hole in trying to justify Karen's disappearance by insinuating that she wanted to leave her marriage and all of the other garbage that has been published.

Agreed. There appears to be no evidence whatsoever that we know of that Karen wanted to leave.

It's mostly speculation based on what facts are available and how we perceive it.

Some theories make more sense than others but essentially at this point it's still a theory.

I would say 100% there is no cctv of Karen on the morning she went for a walk. The mannequin police advised is dressed exactly as her yet it has no footwear, I know cctv coverage can not be that great but if any exists they can surely use computers to zoom in to
have got a similar looking pair of shoes to dress on the mannequin.

Steve - do you know how the police know exactly what she was wearing? To know that they must be sure of the last sighting of Karen IMO. Which means that it must have been in the morning or they would have make public that it was the previous evening so that they can get the publics help with sightings of any of thefamily members IMO

Is BR the sort of man who would notice what his wife wears? Was it Sarah who saw her last? Do they have some kind of CCTV evidene?

No it doesn't make sense. Look at the info being released to MSM. This info is being released by LE. They know who they are looking at the hardest and are releasing the info that relates most to that person. This is a common tactic they use to place pressure on that person and to 'shake up' others who may have info. Already you can see some of the results with one of them hiring a high priced 'silk', they are always going to concentrate on the person who last saw the victim alive.

I'm wondering if the mannequin wasn't wearing shoes because BR, in his haste to get rid of Karen's body, forgot them. Or they may have fallen off her feet. A dead person doesn't need shoes. Another oversight on BR's behalf?

Detectives have taken CCTV footage from 60 cameras at two service stations at Calder Park and are also studying video from Toolern Vale General Store because of its proximity to the ping detected at Diggers Rest.

So, generally speaking would you say cctv data is turned over every 30 days. (i know from experience one bank confirmed they only hold footage for 30 days, then its gone) In which case im assuming this was collected a month ago at least. So LE must still be going through a whole lot o footage OR we have only been given this bit of info now.

How would someone go about finding the black market? Is it feasible that an ordinary person would even know where to start looking? I would have no clue
