Do you think the businesses would have had a warehouse somewhere? Or would they have used part of the house for that function?

Borce may have had a lot of time to do various things. He may actually have had all of Wednesday while SR was at work (if she lives at home).

"Of Mr Ristevski, Ms Elrabat said he was an "amazing person".

"He was always in here with her and helping her, even on quiet days," she said."

https://au.news.yahoo.com/a/3225659...karen-ristevski-could-become-cold-case/#page1

Has anyone considered what BR did with most of his time besides Ubering? It appears that he had spent alot of his time at the shopping complex?

Probably very familiar with the route from his house out towards Taylors Lakes.

Could BR take KR to the shop? Drop her off or help her at the shop?

How do we know that KR wasn't driving at the time?

Maybe BR gave the impression to KR that they were heading in to work together, but made a detour or somehow ended further out towards Diggers?

Check on AR before work?

There was three cars......

Thinking Karen drove hers.... Borce drove his and Sarah drove hers...

The whole concept that Borce took Karen's car on a day she was expected to go to work....doesn't ring true IMO..

The thought they used one car to visit AR before work.....was believable before I knew about the uber job.

I try and describe it as the most intense, fishy mangrove smell imaginable. Death is not a nice thing... the smell I can handle, but some of the bodies and the state they were in, still affects me today. So do the faces of the mothers whom lost children or the looks on children who had lost there mums. I saw that look on the DD's face in this case...unmistakable...she Knows! That look of horror on losing a mum...I have seen quite a few times...It was That look which had me join this forum! I was so glad to see I wasn't the only one whom felt this way... well, actually, I was hoping I was wrong...but i'm not. :notgood:

Just to clarify..... when you say DD.... its relatively new to ozzie forums....do you mean Darling Daughter?

ETA .... as AR seemed important to at least BR and possibly to KR given her nature as has been reported from friends and family. ...a threat of suicide by AR could make me think they went together was entirely possible...... we need more info...

Id say thats an alarm box not a camera.

Just giving Unit45 what I was given. Along with description. Yes it is and the alarm box, if you know their house, is Karen's and BR's. WS image uploader placed it there. Colon should be full stop.

Yeah. We need one new discovery. It can honestly change the whole timeline.

If this was case, and both KR and BR went to see AR before work, BR left alone. And drove straight home. KR remained and dissapeared.

Im not sure if a local could answer this,

on the construction next door im assuming its a slab.

When did they pour the concrete?

I thought the same thing....as it is up to lock up stage I'm assuming the slab was layed months ago.

This is next door to Ristevski house, maybe building being done nearby but not directly next door, just to clear up any confusion [emoji4]

I think I read that Karen may have had asthma on the thread a while ago, but I don't know where the information came from, or if the source was verified with a link to MSM. If it was, I can't find it on Google.
__________

Very quiet on the thread today

Early in the GBC case a websleuths user made a very good post about the complexities of concocting a story after an event. I think it may have been Trooper who posted it.

Basically I recall it was how hard it was to work backwards in a lie. So for example BR has a time of 10.30 (?) that he last saw KR and has to fit circumstances and the lie to that time.
This is how he slips up on the driving her car, it simply didn't fit into the story he told police so he has omitted it. Obviously never thinking that they would know.
If he was driving at 9am for example, that then throws out the rest of his story that he has told them. It all starts to fall apart.
They know he was driving at 9am but he has told them that at 9am he was playing solitaire on his computer. So if he is proven to have been driving then, then what time was he playing solitaire ?

'Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practise to deceive '

Edited to add that I have NO idea if he was playing solitaire it was just an example ! Don't go getting excited thinking its new information !!!!!! Lol

Thanks for posting your insight, wwgy. I love that quote - it's from Sir Walter Scott's 'Marmion', I think. Anyway, it was 10am that BR said he last saw KR before she went for a walk 'to clear her head'. You (and Trooper re GBC) are correct about BR trying to 'retrofit' an 'omission' in his first statement to police, eg; 'that he drove Karen's Mercedes up the Calder to fix the fuel gauge', into the information police possessed at his second interview, ie; BR's phone 'pinged' at Digger's Rest on the same day. I wonder how BR explained turning his phone off for approximately 2 hours, if that also 'came to light'?

“It’s out of the ordinary. It’s a matter of public record that they had an argument and she left the house to go and clear her head,’’ detective inspector Stephen *Dennis of Victoria Police tells The Weekend Australian.

  • #916
why 'public record' I wonder?

  • #917
'They have searched the house and three family cars forensically. Nothing. The river? Nothing.' From he same Weekend Australua article dated August 6

  • #918
I think he means BR has stated that Karen left the house at 10am, and that there is a record of BR's statement. In other words, BR can't say he didn't state Karen left the house at 10am..

After that explanation, I need a nap.

Lol ... well done, Bohemian. :)

No no no no no...I was answering using the wrong example (I was still stuck on the time from wwgy's post)

OK here we go again:

I think he means BR has stated that they 'had an argument and she left the house to go and clear her head' and that the statement has been recorded. In other words, BR can't now say he didn't make that statement.

After the stuff-up and second explanation, I need a drink.

I got you the first time. :)
I was saying well done at the good explanation. And laughing as you said you were going for a nap now.
