Sorry if this has already been discussed. Does anyone know if the neighbour that heard screams and saw the door shaking, actually did anything about it? Iv'e been thinking that even a knock at their door or yelling out 'do you need the police?' or 'I'm calling the police', might have been enough to snap him out of his blind rage. I realize that none of us really know how we would respond in such a situation, and maybe stepping in goes against our natural instinct to protect ourselves. Looking at the situation now, after the fact, if the neighbour had stepped in, I don't believe they would have been in any danger. His rage was all directed at Lisa. I think if they had knocked or yelled out, he would have instantly known there are witnesses and he might have stopped. I'd like to think now if I ever hear anything that sounds like a person needs help, I will do something!

I'm not exactly sure, but from most of the media coverage, it appears that the neighbour testified that someone was banging on the door, that she heard "Please help me - Oh God help me" (or words to that effect) and that she heard scream(s), but I haven't read anywhere that there was any action taken. If there were - you would think that the media would've reported it by now ? IMO.

Respectfully snipped by me ...
Ha. Me too!
That guys face is what I look at every time I see this pic.
He sooooooooo needs a caption - (maybe when this is all over)
He's got the BEST expression.

Captions:
Ooh Kay...... So although I thought this was a matter of Murder (the accused trying to make it suicide...... )
What just passed mine eyes was, I think, was a fashion statement, holding hands with .... the Accused.
He cracked on about Lisa covering herself, but that buxom piece wot looks like Lisa but not as fragile is showing it all.... ????
I feel slightly like this is not real. An Act. I feel like I am being duped. I feel like wot just passed..... some sort of Anathema.
A shorter version: Sick joke trying to pass as normal.

I'm am actually scared of him. His eyes are e*vil. I can imagine my fear if he were to turn on me. OMG there is something wrong with his eyes!

BTW Maybe the judge didn't need RL on the stand because she realised it was a farce too.
She was no friend of Lisa's.

(It's a visual I did not need about him waking up at 5am to watch 🤬🤬🤬🤬)
Now I need a Valium milkshake.

I think it all happened quite quickly & the neighbours may have been trying to figure out what was going on when they heard the screams....

Susan Glanville gave evidence at Mr Gittany's murder trial on Monday and said she recalled hearing two sets of screams as she was tidying her unit

Ms Glanville's husband Charles was also inside unit and was trying to fix his fax machine when he heard a woman scream.

"'Help me, help me,'" he said he heard.

Mr Glanville said he heard banging on what he thought was the door of his unit and screams for about 10 seconds.

I think so, too, marly. Everything happened so quickly ... in less than 1½ minutes. And they are an older couple so probably were quite intimidated to rush (if they could even do that) to the door and open it to see what was going on, with the possibility of grave danger for them, too, on the other side of the door. They certainly helped the police and prosecutor as much as they could once they realised what had happened - put any fears of SG aside and took the stand to give their testimony.

And I love your avatar ... Justice for Lisa!!

[This article is printed in the Sydney Morning Herald, November 27, 2013 by Emma Partridge].

The Simon Gittany trial: How the verdict will be reached

The footage
The fingerprints
The relationship
The note
The witness
The text messages
The hard drive
The planned escape
The fall
The surveillance
The final call

This article sums up the Prosecution and Defense arguments on each of the above. Well worth a read IMO.

Referring to the posts regarding the torn up note, I posted a while back that I thought Lisa was aware that she was risking her life by leaving SG. The torn up note was to draw attention to the existence of the surveillance cameras in the event that her body was discovered and her death was dismissed as suicide. I think she tore it up deliberately and kept it in her pocket so as not to draw too much attention to it while on the presence of SG. It could ave come across as a torn up shopping list in her pocket, for example.

I really hope the judge is reading our posts.....I think we all have SG and the events surrounding Lisa's death sussed....if she is confused about any aspect of the trial, we have the answers right her!!

I'd love to know what 'the explosive new footage' TodayTonight had on him & if he is incarcerated can they show it? I wonder.

I'm also wondering if RL has been approached for a paid interview to sell her story to MSM.
Do we care?
But then would she risk her life doing that even if he goes to gaol?

One more sleep!!

You mean NO more sleeps bajas? Don't want you to miss anything today.
And I too hope the judge reads here, as I think collectively, we have him sussed.
