A few notes from me as we wait.

Judge: At times Gittany 'struck me as a person playing a role'

Judge: Eye-witness to object thrown off the balcony was credible. (Notes: This is real evidence)

Judge: Gittany's evidence on the balcony incident was "glib".

Just. McCallum says she found Gittany's demeanor while accounting fall 'unconvincing.

'Witness on street below recounted hearing a man scream. Justice McCallum does not dispute this man was #Gittany.

Judge: Gittany told lies with telling ease, judge says

"I remain adamant that I did see that"- Josh Rathmell gave that evidence to the court of his account of the balcony unloading. (Note Josh is unwavering)

Took the dog to obedience training and when I came home went straight onto this thread. Found oodles of new pages since I left this morning. Read them all with my heart going up and down with each summation only to find they've all gone to lunch!!!! Need to go shopping but as it is 10 to 2.00pm now will wait awhile. It is 32degrees here in Melbourne . I hope SSimon choked on his lunch. It must be so hard for Lisa's family listening to the judge. One minute it seems to go one way and then another statement from the judge sends it the other way. Praying she sees the light and convicts.

This is so stressful
The local cafes would be doing a roaring trade but poor Simon is in a little cage alone down in the bowels of the courthouse. I'd love to be a fly on the wall at both venues.
Their fear is NOTHING Lisa experienced.
